I transferred my prescriptions to this pharmacy when my local pharmacy closed permanently, last year. I have been spoken to very rudely by a pharmacist and again yesterday, by the pharmacy tech who answered the phone. Just rude. Cut me off and didn't even listen to my question. I'm looking at changing pharmacies again because I'll be damned if I'm going to pay Safeway pharmacy, to be talked to that way. Poor customer service. Bad attitudes. Clearly not happy with their jobs. There are nice staff members too.... like Tess, the pharmacist, who goes out of her way and Twila at the register!! They are the only reason I've stayed this long. Not everyone is nasty and I have felt the prices are fair and I never have to wait very long. It's a mixed bag

On thurs 7/27 I got a notifcation that it was time for my refill & to reply yes or no. I reply yes to approve, then I got another text with the same message on Sat 7/29 about the same prescription and again I said yes and when I went to pick up my prescription later that day and they said that they didn't have anything ready for me. so I showed them the 2 text where I replyed, It was like oh we had trouble with the notifications then why did I get 2 of them on 2 different days? I'm writting this because I never had this kind of problem when it was Albertson and it's very frustating.

I think I’m done with this pharmacy. They’ve gone down hill since changing to Safeway. Usually I would get a text about a medication like Metformin. Now they text me asking about RX# ———-. I take a lot of meds. Now I have to look at each bottle and find the number they are asking about. The girl told me to call customer service to change. Customer service said they can’t do it. Another situation, they text me asking if I need to refill RX#667—-. That was on 7/27. I said NO. They texted again, same rx# on 7/30. I said NO and STOP. They text again on 8/1, same rx#. I said STOP, STOP, STOP!! Today on 8/5, they decided to refill it anyway with a new RX#. I still had 5 refills left on the old number ?♂️I’m tired of fighting. Looking at another pharmacy..

Normally Safeway has nice cakes, but not anymore I'm really disappointed with our cake order for my moms 88th birthday. They used ribbon ( the kind that belongs on presents) to decorate instead of frosting flowers. A sad way to cut corners.

I wish they still had the same pharmacy employees as they did when it was Albertsons! Ever since they switched from Albertsons they have been nothing but a nightmare to work with! Between saying a prescription will be ready in 20minutes and having to wait a hour and a half. To calling to see if a prescription has been sent over and being told "yeah but it'll be a while". And when I ask about what time maybe? I'm told " I couldn't even tell you it's going to be that long! " cool thanks for the help! I can't find a new place fast enough!

They continue to make mistakes and don't seem to care. The pharmacy staff does nothing to fix their issues. Therefore, unprofessional and incompetent. Sadly, it's the only one near me

My wife gets her perscripstions filled at this pharmacy, unfortunately. It close, but far from convenient. Every time I go to get her perscripstions filled and picked up 95% of the time, there is some type of issue. Recently, my wife was discharged from the hospital after surgery and needed to get a couple of perscripstions filled for her, as she was in great pain after arriving home. I had dropped off the perscripstions for her and returned approximately 30 minutes later for pick up, and to you guessed it, another issue. I was told that they filled one perscripstion, but not the other. I had asked why, and they stated, that it was a duplicate perscripstion and she had already had that perscripstion recently filled. I had stated even if it is a higher dose? She had replied yes, and that my wife needs to call her doctor and have him or his staff contact the pharmacy. As a lay person and not in the pharmacy field. You would believe that when you drop off a prescription(s) that they would be fulfilled and pick them up when ready without any issues or hassle from pharmacy staff. Well not so the case with this pharmacy unfortunately. My wife experiencing a lot of pain and relaying the message from the pharmacy that they did not fulfill one of her perscripstions, needless to say she had to make several phone calls to get this pharmacy to fulfill her perscripstion. You want to believe that as a pharmacist you would question why is this a duplicate perscripstion and call to verify to see if there was a change in regards to a recent prescription that was fulfilled. It's called doing your due diligence.Instead my wife needed to do the pharmacies job for them and get it fulfilled. Most people don't know all the in's and out's of how a pharmacy operates when they drop off perscripstions and then pick them up. If there is any question in regards to a perscripstion being fulfilled you believe that the pharmacy would follow up and verify the perscription and not put it off on the patient's and make it there responsibility. In summary we can put things on other planets and into space, but don't have the technology to see and verify a doctor's prescription without making it a patient's responsibility and making there day even more difficult than it already is. Shame on you...

We have been going here for 7 years, twice a week to the deli for turkey & ham. It's been years of feeling like we are an intrusion for even asking for lunchmeat. I feel like I am asking for the world because I like it sliced thin...we pay $12 a pound! Last week we finally just went to Fred Meyer instead and I couldn't believe the difference in customer service, they were nice and actually happy to do it! So, this afternoon (2:30pm) we went back to Albertsons to get lunch meat for the rest of the week and the lady that helped us was horrible. She shaved the ham even though we said we didn't want it that way and then when I said we didn't want it shaved...just really thin, she sliced it again but just really thick. I don't understand what is so offensive about asking for ham cut a certain way?? I'm over it. If we can help it, we won't be going back.

Albertsons is just a few blocks from where I've lived for the past 4 years. When I first moved here Albertsons got 100% of my grocery business, are they cheaper than others, not by a long shot but they were close! Slowly the service took a turn for the worse and my percentage of business dropped. Lately, I've just stopped in to pick up items from the deli for dinner after work. The last 5 times I've been in for chicken they haven't had the fried chicken breast I wanted, I go in right after work people are looking for dinner, why wouldn't they have chicken? They have offered to cook some if I wanted to wait 15-20 minutes, no I don't want to wait, I want dinner. They struck out tonight, I'm done buying anything there.

I worked at a grocery store and they all suck (besides Trader Joes) but this one is easily better then most. People complaining are expecting impossible results. If you buy food from a service deli you deserve poor food. Its only their for people that dont know how to cook. Make your own food or go to a restaurant for god sake.

Great store and very convenient location. The bakery is wonderful, and we order cakes from them for our club. Thank you for being so friendly and professional.

Props to Faith in the deli! We love the fried chicken at Albertsons and she helped figure out the best meal make up for our family!
