This was a fantastic experience from beginning to end. We would highly recommend Coleman Allied for any move. From the first encounter with Cara all the way to our destination and the unloading of our belongings, we experienced nothing but first rate service. Cara, Meisa, Shaun, Barron, and everyone else who helped with professional packing or loading/unloading the truck were courteous and caring, genuinely concerned with how they did their jobs and with how we were treated. Communication was superior throughout the process. We were never in the dark about any aspect of the move. Whether using text, email or phone call, the information was conveyed in a timely yet unobtrusive manner. We just can’t say enough good things about the people and the company. Thank you all, Coleman Allied!

Allied was very professional and driver communication was excellent. There was some minor damage to a few items and it took awhile for our items to arrive but it was within the delivery time frame. We will use them again in the future.

We had a horrible experience with Allied Van Lines.
I would never recommend this company.
Better communication is needed between management and the driver. Driver very unprepared from not knowing his responsibilities that he had to have covers for our mattress. Did not supervise the movers well. Arguments in front of our house with his crew for over an hour. Our furniture delivered was mixed in with other people's items upon moving to Ohio. When bringing in items that was not ours. Our coffee table leg was broken off. My dining room table is missing a long piece which is needed to stabilize the table. Very disrespectful of our furniture. Claims will be made. When moving from Chewelah Wa, we were charged an extra $750.00 because the driver could not back the truck up on the driveway. The initial person who came out to give us an estimate did not indicate that we would need that charge. Cara in your office was professional, concerned and empathetic for what we had gone through. This is absolutely the worse experience. We really should get a refund for at least the damage to our furniture as well as the driver not being able to back his truck up.

Allied gave us the best moving quote, and we were happy with the outcome. The Spokane crew who loaded our belongings were very personable and didn't begrudge all of the stairs in that house.

We selected Allied because we had recently moved to Spokane with a nearly flawless moving experience (shoutout to Allied Lincoln). We did not receive the same level of service from Allied Spokane.
The initial quote (calculated by an Allied agent via a walkthrough) was incorrect, resulting in another $1,000 being charged to us after our furniture was loaded, our "Moving Coordinator" barely communicated with us throughout the process, and part of our shipment was left behind, so it wasn't delivered to us until three weeks past the end of the delivery window. No compensation was offered for this delay through Allied or the insurance company. Speaking of whom, they wouldn't reimburse us for a moldy mattress we received since it "wasn't noted at the time of delivery."
We will never use this company again for our moving services.

He movers were friendly and efficient. Maybe too efficient on the move in. There were at least 3 or 4 people off loading and sending boxes up the elevator to one person who brought the boxes to the condo. Then there was only one person inthe condo with me to move boxes into various rooms. It was way too chaotic since I am unable to move the boxes. I had a friend help and he could move things but we could not keep up. Resulted in more issues with organizing the house after the move.

I've used Allied for international and interstate moves since 1999. They excel at communication and letting you know what to expect, where your stuff is at and when it's going to arrive. With this last move we did have one piece of furniture damaged by the pick up side which was disappointing. Our delivery crew was superb. Over all a good experience with Allied and I would recommend them.

From start to finish everyone and everything handled my move professionally. They had great customer contact keeping me informed at all times. My boxes arrived from coast to coast with no damage. Almost all my boxes contained breakables and all arrived in one piece. The pack up date and delivery date were right on schedule. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again. Great job, your service and care were greatly appreciated!

Used Allied (Coleman affiliate in Spokane) for a full service pack and interstate move of our 4 bedroom home. All the packing, loading, delivery crews, including the driver, were great. Very careful and respectful of our items and the property, including disassembly and reassembly where needed. All boxes and items were carefully itemized and accounted for, from load through delivery. There was only a couple very minor damaged or scratched items, no move of our size will go perfect. Overall I was very pleased with the service. I reduced one star for the tonnage estimate being higher than the actual and for less than expected communication from our Coleman move coordinator. Often times our coordinator was AWOL and another associate gave us updates. Also, our driver gave an update to the coordinator with a revised van pickup and delivery date (one day later than expected), which was not passed on to me. I only found out when the driver contacted me directly with the revised date, and I had to scramble to secure another night hotel stay in a different hotel (our hotel was booked and could not accommodate another night's stay). Overall though, I was pleased with the move experience and would definitely use Allied again.

So here is how the scam works, they let you go through in painstaking detail exactly what you are moving, you give exact measurements. They give a low-ball estimate of the cubic feet and then send a different company to pick up your things. We booked through Allied but they sent Arena Van Lines who then give you the real cubic ft and charge for ~30% more than you were quoted. They say the tools they have to estimate are flawed and basically "too bad". I typically tend to just not review such negative experiences but this one was so blatantly criminal that I hope I prevent just one person from experiencing the same by thinking twice about using this company.

As happy as I’m with having all my things at my new location, the whole moving experience was cumbersome and inefficient. A lot of discrepancies between what was initially offered, what happened during actual moving (loading / unloading), and the frequent changes in delivery time the closer we got to the committed delivery date and time. Also plenty of follow up on my end due to the company not sticking to offered timelines.
