Never had a bad experience at this Apple Store, been in countless times and always left with the item, solution or repair I needed. Highly recommend checking them out before using Asurion to repair or replace your device, if you need genuine Apple products or accessories they have them. Sometimes saving a few dollars isn’t the most important aspect of your purchase.

We had an issue with a phone and being able to sign into an Apple account. I believe it was Jason who really listened to us and found out how to resolve the issue. Thank you!

The staff is poorly trained in their own products. It took over 30 minutes to get something done incorrectly and then another hour plus to fix it.

Apple should consider relocating the Spokane Apple store to Spokane Valley Mall area which has much better I-90 access for your out-of-town clients. My first trip to visit the downtown store, a homeless person ignoring the red light almost crawl across the hood of my car. Spokane is out-of-control. That was my introduction. River Park Square, unfortunately, is surrounded by a cesspool. Reading some of the reviews on customer service, and owning Macs for decades--it sounds like a fresh start is needed. Personally--I've switched to Best Buy for any in-person Apple purchases, or Amazon. I won't go to River Park again unless it's a computer emergency. Frankly, if I wanted to go to an Apple store I'd wait and go somewhere in Western Washington instead.

Place is an absolute joke. Won’t honor appointments. Drove an hour out of my way and took time out of my day for a total waste of time and didn’t get my phone fixed. Worker couldn’t care less.

My experience at this Apple Store was appalling due to the sheer incompetence of the store manager, Tom. He clearly has no understanding of how Apple’s own refund system works, particularly when a purchase is made with multiple forms of payment such as a gift card and a credit card.
When I returned one of two items from a mixed-payment purchase, Tom insisted that the refund be issued entirely to a gift card, effectively locking up the entire transaction as store credit—even though part of the purchase was made on my credit card. Anyone with even basic retail experience should understand that refunds should first go back to the credit card portion of the payment before touching the gift card balance.
Tom’s inability (or unwillingness) to grasp such a simple and standard concept was shocking, and his dismissive, condescending attitude only made matters worse. It’s unacceptable that someone in a management position at Apple would be so poorly trained and so resistant to listening or problem-solving.
This was an embarrassing display of mismanagement and a complete waste of time. Apple should seriously reconsider who they entrust with store-level decision-making if they want to maintain their reputation for customer service and professionalism.

10/10, and Caleb is the best! He helped us when our computer went down and saved all our data and was able to help us transfer it and help my husband find the best option for his business. The whole staff was wonderful (except Alex who wanted to go to lunch instead of help us haha) This store is super organized and they are definitely here to help! Thank you guys!

Idrees and Tyler are both very friendly and helpful and have a great attitude about trying to get my older iMac running properly again. I really can't ask for more, inasmuch as helpfulness and customer service are concerned.

The worst Apple Store experience I’ve ever had. Staff pushed AppleCare but gave zero help once we declined. After waiting 30+ minutes, the employee refused to assist with setup or number transfer, so we couldn’t even trade in our old phones. We left with two new iPhones but no data transferred, no screen protectors installed, and no bag. With two little kids and living 1.5 hours from Spokane, “come back later” is not an option. Buying Apple products used to be exciting - this time it was disappointing, frustrating, and dismissive.

Not so much on the store in general as the products and customer service. The logic board I’m my extremely new Mac book exploded in smoke. Now I’m 7 days out of a computer but don’t worry Apple care has the cost of the repair covered! Yeah no duh, your logic board exploded. Your product is took a crap and now I’m out of a work computer for a week OR spend another 2,500 on another potential explosion.

Great place to stroll. Many good restaurants and shops nearby.
