I’m about to switch to an android been on IOS for 12+ years and it likes to just freeze or randomly zoom in & out so I’ll have to close an app to get it to work.Absolutely ridiculous.

Absolutely not zero help when 18 months of my cloud content has vanished!!! Contacts, texts, notes, more importantly the final images and videos of my grandmother GONE! Do not trust apple to safe guard your content. It's associates were no better help and a joke to have your back. God forbid you question their responses trying to think dynamically while in tears. LEAVE THIS BRAND!DO NOT SUPPORT THEM I'm DONE!

Overall good experiences here. Obviously there are times that a policy will mean something goes bad for you—and I’ve had a few of these experiences here. Overall, service is friendly and helpful.

Made an appointment online to get my AirPods diagnosed, it was super easy and they send you reminders. They were welcoming and helped me right away. After testing my AirPods, they concluded my case had died and needed to replace it, so I bought a new replacement. I liked that I've been here twice now and they have been able to fix my issue. Their staff are super friendly and helpful. Note: to access this store you have to park either on the street or in the car garages, the streets are always busy so I'd rather park in the garage, walk upstairs(or elevator) to the street level and walk out towards the main entrance, then take a left and walk about 2 minutes. You'll reach Apple!

I needed a cheap fix for my iPhone. Forgive me but I think the man's name was Todd or Phil but he was a young man so to amazing dreds. He was polite thorough and honest. Amazing service. He mentioned he's been using phones since he was a kid. About 30 years ago I asked if he wanted a Starbucks and he politely declined. I hope this gives you some clues to this young man's identity and gives him the kudos he deserves! Thanks for all your help!

As a location and offers really good, but be careful with parking your car and the things you leave inside, got my car broken into and they stole my luggage’s from the trunk.The security told me I’mNot allowed to see the footage and Spokane PD came to get my report and tried their best to help.Giving a FYI to anyone thinking of visiting.

The whole apple culture weirds me out, why do I need an appointment to buy a replacement ear pod? I don't want to sit and wait for a person, I'd be perfectly happy with a counter and a checkout so I can get what I need and leave.

After 10 years, I'm switching back to a PC. Modern Macs are insufferably difficult to work with any 3rd party hardware. Bluetooth on my $4,000 Mac Studio doesn't work. Apple used to be good, but they are flowing in so much money and political extremism they forgot how to make quality products.

My daughter and I made an appointment for 10:20 am on a Friday, showed up at 10:10 and they started helping us at 10:25. We have a MacBook Air that has hardly been used and it stopped working. Then they wanted $450 to fix a computer that has less than 20 hours on it. Apple is a rip off in my opinion!

I went into the Apple store to accompany a friend of mine that had an appointment. I had a question about an Apple Watch, got that answered, then left to go talk to AT&T about their service with an Apple Watch, then came back and talked to a different associate at the Apple store. And finally, I ended up buying the watch that would suit my needs. Everybody was amazingly helpful and friendly, and I’m having a lot of fun with my new watch. Everybody that I’ve encountered there obviously likes their job, as they are so friendly and helpful and happy. Thank you Apple Store employees.

Went in to get My iPhone 14 Pro repaired and they said they could get the part in 3 days (it’s Saturday), or I could put $1000 down and they would ship me a temporary phone overnight (as I can’t go without a phone for work). I called 1hour before closing and the employee said I would be redirected to a manager as he was busy with a customer.After no call back in 30 minutes I called again and they recognized my number and a different employee said the manager was still with a customer but stated that they would still give me a call back after store hours.10 minutes before they closed I called once more because shipping that phone on Sunday is the the only way I would get it by Monday-Tuesday without ordering it online for overnight shipping and having a $1500 hold placed on my card and they decided to hang up 5 minutes before closing without ever reaching out or calling even an hour after they closed.Worse experience ever, the manager doesn’t consider care it’s 100+ miles each way to drive there.

Decent service until lateIt started when I had full Appple care and the warrant on my XS that got “damp” well within the water resistant standards and they said it would be $99 to replace or if I came back the next day and spoke to a manager they likely could waive it. Well I was eyeballs deep in adopting my nephew and had no time to do so for once I simply didn’t argue and paid the fee I shouldn’t have.Then more recently I took them air pods pro a few months past one year one which sure. They still usually fix or replace for free or don’t when it’d due to wear and tear. But they LITERALLY told me the ear buds lost the ability to connect to each other and the case due to an update issue which has 100% nothing to do with west and tear and not only refused to replace them they nearly tricked me into buying new ones with deceptive wording. They said something to the extent of “we can’t replace them for free but we can for a small fee of $90”. Which I was hell bent on spending $0 but again obliged as life is overwhelming now. But didn’t realize the $90 was for ONE ear bed not both and the case making at or ABOVE their current retail price (as the new generation just had been out a few weeks and discounts were everywhere for Gen 2).Completely dissatisfied.To be clear. Staff was kind. Apple however clearly has changed policies bordering on unethical and wouldn’t Be surprised If someone with more time on their hands started a lawsuit.

If you like apple you'll love it here. Everyone does their best to help you. I'm an I.T. Professional with a personal hatred for the apple corporation however the people working here make me not want to peel my skin off of my head like a mask and then burst into flames and resurrect Steve Jobs to get my vengeance against his designs and culture that has ruined much of the tech industry. But. If you wanna buy something or if your existing thing breaks and you'll be forced to re purchase it because new products totally eliminate e-waste... You'll love it here.

Came into the store this morning fullyIntending to buy a MacBook Pro. Was greeted at the door, put our name in and waited for fifteen minutes without being helped or even acknowledged. Meanwhile, the place was not busy and multiple employees were wandering around doing nothing. Finally gave up and left-will buy what I need somewhere else.
