They have a hard time figuring out returns and exchanges. Had to go in multiple times to get exchange processed correctly.

So many times the employees of this store have gone above and beyond for me. They truly want to make your shopping experience at this store a good one and it always is. Today, one of the sales women called other stores around the country to track down a pair of leggings I was after. I am a lifetime Athleta shopper but this store gives me a reason to go to the mall.

Update: received call about my order- they were hemmed perfectly. Other than possible miscommunication about the timeline, very happy.
I really enjoy my Athleta gear, but the free tailoring service has been quite a headache. It’s been 3 weeks since I’ve dropped off my pants and was quoted at 1-2 weeks max. for my pants to be finished. The sales associate passed my info to the manager and I’m awaiting a call... or more importantly my pants.

My wife and daughters favorite store in the mall. The staff are always very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable with an attitude that's a real credit to the company.I wait on the bench just outside until its time to depart which I am thankful for. It's not really a place for Dads to hang out in but it is a great place for the ladies to get excellent gear.

I love this athleta! I came in to shop on a visit to spokane and I loved it. The workers were so quick to help and they were so kind. One worker asked my name , got all of my clothes in my try on room, and was just so nice. Leslie, (an athleta employee) was so kind and helpful! She was quick to grab anymore sizes and clothes I wanted to try on and helped me see what fit. I ended up getting the conscious crop in black, and I am obsessed. I will definitely come here again.

Although this brand is mad expensive, they have really nice athleisure wear. Lots of options to choose from. I have been in here twice and the staff are amazingly helpful. My last encounter was with Wendy and she was a doll! I was trying to nail down the perfect travel pant and she found so many options for me! If you have the money to spend, check it out!
