William helped me transfer my number from my old iPhone to a new one I purchased at the Apple store. When the Apple store staff ran into problems setting up my new phone, they recommended that I go to the AT&T store in the same mall. Very convenient and William also recommended a new phone plan which could save us money while giving us unlimited data.

Do not work with William. The guy tells you one thing but does something entirely different, only to make a sale. Very uneducated in what is going on.. Mentioned several times that the trade in value of the iPhone 12 pro was $1000 but after all said and done it was $830. Singing different tunes. This is the second time I am having issues with AT&T, probably because I go to this location.Would highly recommend going elsewhere.

Ken, the manager, is super helpful and professional. He took the time to thoroughly explain my options. He helped me pick out a phone that was right for me and got it expedited (new iPhone 15 pro max). He also helped me pick out a case and headphones. I highly recommend this store!

EDIT: 8/28/2023 I FINALLY got my credit! And it was the full $800 (that the promotion was) not the $700 that the ?now) EX manager of the downtown mall location said it was going to be. I’m kicking myself for not going to the North Division store to begin with. Andrew (I hope I got his name right) was great and did as he promised and the district manager (sorry I forget her name) did what she promised as well. And in the timely manner that it should have been a year + ago. So finally, I can stop editing. Thanks to everyone that did their jobs! I appreciate it! EDIT 7/16/23 I waited until 7/14/23 to call the district manager, the lady that called me herself assuring me that it “not only will I get the full $800 but that it would be done asap. Now mind you I knew it wouldn’t happen the very next morning HOWEVER not only did I call and leave her a VM asking for an update but I texted not once, but twice. All I wanted was a “hey sorry it wasn’t done this week but it’ll be done by X. Think I got a call or text back? Nope. And even after she said she wanted to be sure I had her # so I could reach out directly to her. Well, I did. Guess it meant nothing. Words cannot express my disappointment. I really felt like something would be done or that I’d at least get a ring back from her. Nope. ***EDIT***(7/7/23) after speaking with Andrew at the North Division store I got a call from his manager, and she has assured me that not only will I be credited asap, but it will also be the full $800 which was the amount of the original promo. I cannot express my gratitude for the actions of the past 36 hours. This treatment is how you get and keep customers. Will edit again once the credit posts. Edit** (7/6/23)Spokane with William at the River Front Park store. He suggested I stop in at the Division location and ask a manager to escalate this since it’s been so long and since Tyler is no longer at this location. I raised the stars since we seem to be getting somewhere. I will update again on resolution. **original posting**A year ago JR, employee who is no long there, STOLE my phone that was supposed to be used for credit. Tyler and his supervisor PROMISED me a one time $700 credit to my acct since “JR is no longer here and you are not the first one he has done this too, there are legal charges pending against him,” Then promised a $700 one time credit a month ago, even tho is was supposed to be 800, whatever… I was advised by Tyler, the manager, that it could take a day or a week to post. It’s been 3 weeks and is STILL NOT POSTED. I have stopped in the store 5+ times. I have called around a dozen. EACH time I was PROMISED a call back. The last guy was too busy playing games on his phone to care since “Tyler told me I had to work open to close” NO ONE will tell me the district managers name. No one can be bothered with caring to help. So here I am. No credit due. A stolen phone. No return calls. And “customer service”that would get a McDonald’s employee fired. Couple options here.. RETURN MY CALL, FUND MY ACCT THE FULL 800 since I’ve been lied to repeatedly and blown off like some chump or give me back my stolen phone and release me from any all all contracts free of charge since the contract was not valid to start with. **edit to update** 3 more days, still NO call back or credit. I called ATT customer service support (joke) and was promised by them that I would get the $700. And yes, I have multiple screenshots. I can’t even get a call back after a negative review. I guess if customer service doesn’t credit me, and I highly doubt they will, my next stop is a complaint with BBB.

Great experience getting a new phone which isn’t always the case. William was very helpful and personable. Answered all our questions and was very efficient. He had 2 other customers in the store and managed to effectively work with us all. Thanks William!

Worked with Chevell (my bad if I spelled it wrong) but she was very professional and gave good advice. Very customer focused. If you want great service, ask for her!
