My phone quit working. we arrived at the store before closing. Mason quickly diagnosed the problem. he checked our current plan and provided us with cheap cheaper plan and more coverage, including the additional of internet access. he stayed an hour to complete setting up my phone.he helped me recover passwords that I forgot. I need my phone for my job period Mason perform his job and he went beyond my expectation period I was working the f f. 24 hrs and will not be able to leave the hospital. He will be an excellent employee of AT&T.

I recently visited an AT&T store to get assistance with transferring everything from my old, cracked iPhone to a new device, and I can't say enough good things about the experience. From the moment I walked in, the team was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. The representative who assisted me went above and beyond to make the transition as smooth as possible. Despite the challenges with my damaged phone, they patiently worked through setting up the new iPhone, transferring all of my contacts, photos, and apps, and ensuring that everything was in perfect working order before I left the store. They took the time to explain every step, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with my new phone before wrapping up. What could have been a stressful experience turned into a smooth and even enjoyable one, thanks to their expertise and dedication. If you need help with your phone or have any questions about your AT&T service, I highly recommend visiting this store. Their customer service was exceptional, and they truly went the extra mile to ensure I was taken care of. Thank you to the amazing team—I left feeling confident and grateful!

Switching from Apple to Samsung felt like I was teleporting to a whole new universe—and AT&T was my mission control. 🚀✨ From the moment I walked in, every single team member treated me like royalty with a tech twist. They answered all my questions (even the dramatic ones), transferred everything over seamlessly, and had me feeling confident about my decision.
Honestly, I was nervous about making the switch—leaving Apple is like a breakup with a high-maintenance ex.

*UPDATE* so the store manger called me about the issue I experienced on this phone call. He was very polite and explained to me that stores don't have access over the phone the same way a 1800 customer service line does. He also clarified my internet bill issue and gave me the number to reach out to if the problem continues. Very pleasantly surprised to receive a follow up call about this.
I called to ask about my internet bill, I had been quoted less than what's showing up on my bill. The first time I called, he asked if that location is where I ordered my service so he could see if it was one of their staff that made the sale. I told him I wasn't sure because we were new to the area, so I was looking while we were on the phone to see if that was the location. While I was looking, he said it should apply after the 2nd or 3rd bill. I said okay, and then he said okay have a nice day and hung up.
I was a little annoyed by that and called back since I had found that I was, in fact, calling the right location right as he hung up. When I told him I did get my service started at that location and asked if he could look into that for me, he straight up lied and said that they couldn't access my account over the phone.
Ummmm, yes, you can. That's why you asked the first time if you could see if one of you guys sold me the service and thats why there's a PIN you set up as a customer so they can get in and look at your service without having to go in there.
Pretty ridiculous thing to lie about if you ask me.

I recently upgraded my phone at this location and wanted to switch to the first net network as well. The initial pricing per month quoted on the phone alone was way too high and when I inquired as to the various costs, I was told that I had to purchase insurance for the phone that could be cancelled after 48 hours and clarified that this HAD to be done. I was also told that it was not possible for 2 household members to be on the first net network under the same account.
I since learned that insurance coverage is not required and was likely told this to pad quota numbers by the salesperson (shady and deceptive practice) and was able to get my insurance cancelled somewhat quickly though I believe I still paid partially for this per my billing statement.
I was then assisted at another AT&T location where the knowledgeable staff member was able to switch me to the first net network with no issue on the same account.
I have no issue with AT&T, but recommend avoiding this location if you are considering upgrading or switching networks.

On July 5th around 10.25am, I walk in the store and I stand for a long time and nobody wants to assist. I was carrying a baby and being black I can say I was discriminated. One guy was serving two people on his desk while the other was talking over the phone. When he was done talking with his phone he asked me what I wanted while still on his spot. He didn't even bother to come close to me and ask what I wanted. I really experienced poor customer service
