Bought my perfect car from Ric Andrade at Automotive Specialties. Seamless and exceptional from start to finish. Difficult purchase of a vehicle from a completely different state. Paperwork and logistics would've been nearly impossible w/out his integrity and oversight . . . Thanks Ric, trust is what this country was founded on. You ensure that fabric of honesty is maintained in one of the professions most attacked in this way. Rare to find someone who upholds these values which I fought and served this nation to maintain. Ric was absolutely phenomenal. My family and I showed up to see what our options were and we went from thinking we wouldn’t be able to do anything, to leaving in a wonderful car with very low monthly payments!

At no point did Charlie disclose that he works at a dealership. He misrepresented the condition of the vehicle by stating it was running and driving, and later said he would follow up once it was operational. That statement was made over a month ago, and there has been no further communication despite multiple attempts to follow up. Messages have been read but not responded to. Go elsewhere, they have shady business practices.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Automotive Specialties when purchasing my Honda Accord, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience!
From the moment I stepped onto the lot, Donovon made me feel welcome and really listened to what I was looking for, even though the car I originally came to see had been sold the day before. He was knowledgeable about the available inventory and showed me a few great alternatives—never any pressure, just friendly, professional conversation to help me find the right fit.
I ended up test-driving a Honda Accord that was on the lot, and when I returned, I had a quick and fair negotiation with Ric and Reilly. I also had the chance to meet Stephanie, the owner. The sales order was prepared promptly, and after grabbing a cashier’s check for my cash purchase, the paperwork was wrapped up in less than an hour—closer to 30 minutes. Thank you, Ric and Reilly!
Yuli’s communication regarding the work order I requested was excellent, and he completed everything in a timely manner. Much appreciated.
The entire experience was smooth from start to finish. I highly recommend Automotive Specialties to anyone shopping for a used car. If you come in with realistic expectations about buying used, you can expect a fantastic experience here.

Recently bought a Volvo from this dealership. Normally I would avoid used car dealerships but I saw the car online and wanted to take a look. As I was checking the car out, I did notice a few things that stood out such as an oil leak and a couple of dents and scratches. Brought this to the salespersons attention and asked for a discount considering it needs a little tlc. He was super cool about it and wasn’t pushy at all which I appreciated. He gave us a great deal with lower monthly payments. Having this in mind, it is important to do a thorough inspection of a car (no matter where you buy it) to ensure that it will be dependable down the road. If you aren’t mechanically inclined, definitely have a mechanic check the car out (most mechanics will charge $$ so be mindful of that). Anywho, I would say our experience was good and I’m happy with my car so far.

Andy was the best! From the first phone call to me signing for car, he did EVERYTHING possible to get me the best rates. He was very calm and patient as I fumbled with paperwork and insurance.

If i could give zero stars I would do not buy from this company they lie about there vehicles and temporarily fix them so they break later and you have to deal with it I bought a car and within a week it started having issues and now I can't even drive it because parts that were supposedly replaced were not they fabricate carfax information to draw you in be very careful salesman lie with a smile on there face avoid at all cost these people are worse then autocredit take my advice and go somewhere else I also messaged the salesman asked for help and got nothing many times im over it and im giving the car to the finance company and washing my hands of it this business is very lucky that I am not the same person I used to be im just gonna leave it at that thank you

Andy took great care of my boyfriend and I when we came in to finance a car. he was so chill, nice and personable. I came in with a limit a pretty small one, and considering im a first time buyer the likelihood of us getting the rates we wanted wasn't very likely but Andy got us exactly where we needed our budget to be. And once Insurace quoted us to much he made more calls and was able to connect us with a insurance company that would do half the price then the first company. Not to mention Andy said they would be replacing the windshield that was cracked and its completely on them! At the end we left with our new to us 2013 Dodge Avenger with only 49k miles on it and 30 day warranty. We absolutely love the car thank you so much for helping us Andy!
