Mu husband took my car to AutoZone and had the battery tested and a very helpful employee also suggested to check the starting system. My husband was very pleased with the service. AutoZone will be highly recommended.

Twice I went in there looking for tools to remove a water pump now you not only sold me the wrong tools but they knew nothing about them not all the employees are knowledgeable enough to be working behind the counter of an auto parts store in fact I know much more than some of them not too long ago they're poor testing technique that was incorrect made me change an alternator for the third time before I took it somewhere and they said they were testing it wrong and there was nothing wrong with a voltage regulator on it it cost me time and it cost me money. Refunds are difficult to get unless you pay cash for them and you're on file and your phone number is current and you have a receipt and you're bringing your first born child and offer him up as a sacrifice LOL it's that hard and they do not match prices as well as O'Reilly's does I try not to go there unless it's absolutely mandatory because it's nowhere else.

Worst autozone ever bought a part and didn't need it and they wouldn't take it back had my receipt and everything wasn't even 30 days old but because they said power was hooked up to it (it was a refurbished part stupid! There was power before I got it) and my car never started with it anyway took it to a different location and they said otherwise the old guy in here with glasses and slanted teeth your rude and wrong never again will I go back will be calling corporate over him as well. Ya'll try pulling fast ones and it's not ok

Came in and while they didn’t have the right thing he helped me make sure they didn’t and returned the item without question. Hard to find employees like this these days. Earned my business

I recently posted a review about issues i had with multiple motors that were sold to me by this location and I want people to know what a joke it is to try and get autozone to even respond or call you back when you have an issue.
I recently went through my 2nd autozone motor in the last 2 years and 8500 miles. I have spoken with the regional manager and district manager ( what a joke those two are) and have escalated to their " vice president" 3 times without a call back. Both Levi and Carlos stated they would call me back and never did. I was told by autozone customer support that someone other than Carlos would be contacting me and that never happened.
I am sure I am going to get the same generic reply about how they care about my experience and want to help me out/ to email a customerservice email that will get me nowhere . It's an outright lie the engine failed in early May and not once has anyone from autozone returned a phone call or even tried to talk to me about the issue and at this point it's clear that they don't care.
I just wanted to let others know that if you or your repair shop is considering purchasing a motor from autozone I would recommend going with literally anywhere else. If you want to be without your vehicle for months at a time and to be out $3,000 because autozone sells defective products then by all means purchase an autozone motor.

Negative 5 stars for this location! Went in tonight (June 23, 2024) to get an oil cooler hose and the lady had no clue what I was talking about. She asked what car, I told her acura integra 1994-2001 (same thing). She didn't even ask me what motor. It gives two options 1.8 non-vtec and 1.8 vtec. After I saw on the screen that she had selected the wrong option, 1.8 non-vtec, I caught her mistake and told her she selected the wrong motor. She argued with me and said they are the same. My frustration level sky rocketed with her because of what little knowledge she has about cars. How can someone with zero knowledge be working at an auto parts store?? I told her I'm working on the 1.8 vtec motor. And she still says there is no difference. Now even more frustrated, I told her to just do a generic search for coolant hoses. And she literally did not know what to do or how to do it. Then she told me to leave the store and that she didn't need my business. Wrong answer lady. And wrong way to treat a customer... especially a customer with over 25yrs of vehicle repair knowledge. Definitely will not return to this location due to the employees lack of knowledge and zero customer service skills.

Initially I gave a 3 rating. It should have been a 4. Autozone did not fall short of my expectations, I just won't arbitrarily give a 5. No one, no business is perfect. I enjoy your store! It's had what I needed every time I've visited. Ty!

Claimed to have a ABS code scanner, but it didn't seem to work.
The dude using the code reader didn't seem to know the difference between an ABS code and Engine Code.
Disappointing because I drove my rig all the way out there specifically to use their ABS code reader.
Also lot's of employee chitchatting while a long line of customers formed in the store.
