The Aveda Store is known for its great products and great store staff who are nice, helpful, and provide world class customer service. The staff are consistently described as sweet, amazingly helpful, and always going above and beyond. They treat customers very well, offering excellent recommendations and caring about the customer beyond just a sale. One customer, a long-time Aveda user for nearly 25 years, specifically praised a shop attendant for being able to resolve a complicated account issue over the phone, reinstating loyalty points and facilitating a purchase. The staff's service is considered every bit as good as Aveda's products, which include high-performance hair, skin, and body formulas. The company itself is founded on a mission to care for the world, creating vegan products with sustainability at heart, opposed to animal testing, and is a certified B Corporation. The store's combination of excellent products and exceptional, caring staff makes it a highly recommended destination.

Really lovely shop attendant (working 11:30am 7/22/24) was SO sweet and treated my mother-in-law so well, despite her needing a translator. She made excellent recommendations as well.
