In past years, I didn’t always have the greatest experience with this store. I found that one of the managers was rude and short tempered (she is no longer at this location). The current staff at this store are really knowledgeable, patient and have a great attitude which can be hard in covid times!

I adore the downtown store and always receive the best customer service every time I enter I also love Aveda for their $10 lifetime memberships subscription

It's fine. Popped in to pick up one thing for someone else and was only in the store for two minutes. The woman who rang me up was very polite.
