We came to this location after getting a rental that we didn’t like at the Spokane airport the day before. Chris was so kind and helpful. We were able to get a car that better fit our needs and it was no hassle.

Went to pick up my car I made for a reservation months in advance to be told "we don't have any cars, you have to go to spokane airport to grab one" what followed was an entire day of pain... follow up is on the spokane airport avis review.

Family member got charged a cleaning fee of $450 for smoking. No one in our family smokes due to asthma and can't be around it even because it aggravates it. The return email says we drove over 11000 miles in 13 hours when we only took it from Seattle to here. Looking online, this has happened to others as well. I will never rent from Avis again, considering the way they lied about this.
Edit: called Avis, and they reversed the charge, I'm still concerned because this never should have happened in the first place. None of us smoke, so I would like to know how they came up with the charge? they did make it right, so I am updating this review.

Seamless check out process...check in is sometimes a bit difficult. I've received cars that were not in the best shape.

How to go from 5 stars to 1. Frequent super happy and loyal customer. But you just stuck me with a $125 cleaning bill on my last rental! Multiple calls to your location and finally reach someone. No help at all, no pictures of the "trash" left in the car. Told me to just call corporate. I am beyond disappointed! I have loved this location and personal service for years. Next time, I'll just dump any "trash" in your parking lot. If you want to know how to kill a relationship with a fan, you just did it!!
