How to go from 5 stars to 1. Frequent super happy and loyal customer. But you just stuck me with a $125 cleaning bill on my last rental! Multiple calls to your location and finally reach someone. No help at all, no pictures of the "trash" left in the car. Told me to just call corporate. I am beyond disappointed! I have loved this location and personal service for years. Next time, I'll just dump any "trash" in your parking lot. If you want to know how to kill a relationship with a fan, you just did it!!

My rental for the day was supposed to cost $44. They charged me $132.When I asked them ti fix it they said that “it looks like some system error we can’t fix. You should contact helpline.”

I've rented cars hundreds of times (literally; I used to travel a lot for business), and this place is the worst, most unprofessional, I've ever encountered. We arrived on time to pick up the car we had reserved a month earlier, had to wait an inordinate amount of time for the agent to come to the desk, and when he finally arrived he told us that there were no clean cars available then suggested we wait half an hour to get one washed. The car was absolutely filthy, beyond surface-level dirt: the seats were stained beyond imagination, it had a cracked windshield, and looked much more worn than the 18,000 miles it had on it. The business looks dodgy from the outside, but once you get in the office it isn't too bad and the people are friendly enough -- thus two stars instead of only one.

“Can I rent from your location near to Ruby River Hotel and return at the airport”“Im not familiar with these locations” he said rudely..Avis, please familiarize yourself with the hotels within a 1 mile radius of your office. Or at least the hotels that are a mile down the same road. Anyways after I told him that I, too, was on Division St, he said he was booked

Used them twice now with zero issues. In and out within 10 minutes both times. Yes I was downgraded once. But that happens with every car rental place, from time to time. I will be using them for a third time this next week.

I rented a 4Runner or similar. I was given a ford edge(not similar at all) and then was overcharged $223 and charged a gas fee(it was full).When renting I asked why I was given a smaller, not comparable vehicle, the cashier appeared disinterested/dismissive and disregarded my inquiry.I won’t be back to this location and perhaps not even back to Avis/Budget ever again.

Avis really got us out of a jam when our Southwest flight was cancelled. We got a car at the last minute that exceeded our expectation. The employees at both locations were very helpful.

Reserved a vehicle for 4 days. On day of pickup was told, “We don’t have a vehicle for you because corporate didn’t send us any today and now we have to cancel 13 other reservations”. So I’d say staff at location is great but the company itself is not. Have a backup company to reserve from if you make them a first option.

This is a store with very poor service. August 1 , 2022 noon time, we went there for rental replacement by Avis service guidance. Before we heading there, we double checked the Avis and there are several cars available online. However the service attendant kept telling there’s no car available. When we showed the car available evidence, he started making excuses of poor Avis reservation system. He did not even believe what he was talking when he was lying. If you wanna rent a car, go with other vendor. Avis does not worthy of your money and time.

We had a great experience renting our car through Avis. Easy to check in and check out. Employees were friendly and professional. Our car worked out well for us!
