Thank you Avista Utilities for your help. My restricted income qualified me for 35% off and one year dismissal of current high bill after paying 10% added to each months current. When the year is up that past high bill is dismissed:)

I smelled gas tonight around 10pm by the meter on my house. Two Gentlemen (I didn't get their names) came out and fixed the issue and replaced our gas meter. They explained everything and provided great customer Service. Thank you
