This is a terrific place! The IRS kept sending me letters and when I would call they would say they "fixed the problem," and then I'd start getting the delinquent letters again. B&B phoned them for me and handled the errors that the IRS had made. None of the accountants I've used in the past have ever gone out of their way like that. If I could give them more stars I would. They are good at what they do, very knowledgeable, and nice on top of it. A combination that's hard to find these days!

I have absolutely no idea what the 1 star reviewer is going on about. Andy is AMAZING! I have been working with Andy for nearly 15-years now, with both my personal and business accounting. He is one of the most professional, knowledgeable, and kind people I know.I have referred many people to Andy and ask of them have been just as pleased with their service they have received. Maybe the other reviewer used someone else, but if you see Andy you will not be disappointed.

This was the first time we've done business with this place. I wish I could go into the negative numbers for a more accurate review. During our experience with this office we had to keep going in because we were told our return was ready to be signed. Every time we went in, there were errors. My husband and I had just gotten married and he sold his house in Idaho. For a business who claims to be doing this for so long, you wouldn't think these issues would not be difficult to figure out........not the case. Each time we went in there were errors and the man we were working with seemed confused, unprofessional and generally did not appear to know what he was doing in any way, shape or form. They even filed our return without our signature. Long story short, we finally received a return of $849. Our return was supposed to be approximately $2500. The letter we received from the IRS said there was incomplete social security numbers, incomplete dependent information and about 3 or 4 other reasons for why we were shorted. When we brought this letter in to talk to the guy who did our taxes he was unwilling to accept responsibility for the errors. He told us we were supposed to look it over to make sure it was right. Well, we did, several times!!! He told us the IRS sends out letters like that all the time and it doesn't mean he did anything wrong....etc....etc....I told him we don't know how to do taxes and that's why we hired him. (Why would you ever have to say this to a tax professional?) He wasn't hearing anything and we walked out. Oh! Did I mention we get to pay $250 for this trash?I will guarantee, someone from that office, responds to my review ,dismissing me and acting like this isn't accurate.All I have to say is I hope you don't go there and if you do, good luck!!
