Just returned from my first visit there and it was a great experience. Better than I've had at any other vet. Dr. Mickas set expectations at the beginning of the exam with the issues my cat Pixel could be experiencing and explained them in a very comprehensible way when the labs were back. While the future looks like a lot of extra attention for Pixel, Dr Mickas explained the options very thoroughly. Looking forward to the next visit!

Was able to bring a stray to the parking lot and they brought out the scanner to seebif he was chipped...had he been it couldve been extremely helpful in getting him home.

I have canceled my Banefield wellness plan. The customer service from the front desk was often rude and short and it was really disheartening. I also could very rarely get an appointment when needed it, the point I literally had to find another vet while i was paying for the wellness pla .And when I canceled my cats plan, the plan renewed in February so I had to cancel in February. So I waited and tried to cancel my dogs in February, but without notice (!) they changed the month of cancelations October. This really upset me and cost me a lot. As I had to pay for for 8 months I didnt want. And the one or two times I did get in, the cost was far and above what I ended up paying at my new vet, where I was actually treated better. It was nice to have a chat feature, which I ended up being more helpful than the actual vet, but that's not enough for me.I used to love them, but now I would not advise someone to go to this location or to get the wellness plan.

This place is such horse shit, they try to act like they care to get you to pay for there over priced insurance crap then drag their feet with everything. Was told to go to an oncologist to get a diagnosis and he said to resolve it as soon as possible. So we contacted multiple times and were ignored and when we finally do get a hold of someone they talk to my wife so rudely she was in tears and it had been MONTHS since the diagnosis. If I could put 0 stars I would. The manager will definitely be hearing from me face to face real soon the customer service is unacceptable.

Great place, and friendly staff. It was late for me and they noticed. I did not want to leave my dog. He was curled up on some blankets they game me for him, and in my hoodie. They brought me a cup of coffee. Help get me threw the night. They where great with my dog, and to my surprise for an er visit, it was the cheapest I have ever had.

Very busy vet clinic. Nice people at the front desk but they only have one vet and didn't hire anyone to cover for the other vet who was on maternity leave. So the wait for a simple surgery was 3 months out! Long waits. They should really hire more vets.

We adopted two dogs made a appt. for them it was booked out over a month. It was almost appt. time they called and said sorry we are not excepting new clients at this time call back in the summer. I couldn't believe they waited almost two months to let us know. We could have had there wellness check done somewhere else. I don't recommend a vet that would treat their clients like that.?

I call make appointment for dog I adopted. The lady on phone ask if I was new client. I said yes. This lady said we are short staff . Call back in July. Not happy. They lost a customer..I will tell my friend and family what lady said . We are under stuff. U have wait until July make your appointment for dog. This vets office really show me really don't care about there new customers coming in.. I will never go to them.I call another vet's office I can get in right way for my dog..

The wellness program is OK if you have a new puppy because they get the shots they need to grow into adulthood. But if you have a older dog or cat that has problems with illness or coat and skin problems I recommend you find a good vet insurance because your going to have to pay out of pocket for those services plus your wellness plan fees.

Banfield is so handy being inside of PetSmart. The receptionist is so friendly and helpful! I use their scale to monitor my dog's weight even on days I don't have a vet appointment.
