Came to cash a check then decided to open a account and so they gave me the paperwork and told me I needed proof of address so I went home filled the paperwork out and got my proof of address then came back and waited like 15 min. Then one lady called me over and told me if I could come back in like 20 min. Waist of my time on top of it is my last day off of work. Not cool at all

Some times they get alittle busy and they are alittle slow sometimes but the tellers are knowledgeable and friendly for the most part.

I am very happy with banner bank on Market inside the Safeway. Everyone is so awesome to talk to.
Deanna Henry is fantastic! I needed help with my accounts and she was right on it.She got back to me in a timely manner.
She was very helpful and I am so pleased to have an account With banner and to work with the people there.
I will totally give them a five star all the way they deserve it. Is wonderful team of people.

I have been banking here since they were farmers and merchants. When banner took over I was apprehensive but I've been nothing but satisfied and even had my son open an account a week prior to today. Wouldn't want to go anywhere else

I was a little confused where to find the branch. It is in the Safeway on one of the outside walls. I had lost my card a couple days before I left on a week long trip, and needed a new card urgently. Even though they were about to close, Jenica understood my stress and was able to quickly get me a new card. Great understanding service.

Last week my account Was attacked by a fraudulent check writer. The teller not only noticed that it was a fraudulent check But also knew that I rarely write checks so he called to ask. The staff at this branch definitely keeps a watch for its clients. They are always pleasant know you by name and as stated before keep an eye out for your well being. I would definitely recommend banner bank to anyone.

I have only good to say about Banner Bank. I had accounts in Liberty Lake, WA, Veneta, OR and Hayden, Idaho and never had any problems and the people were very friendly and good to do business with.
