Hello.
I visited Banner Bank a few weeks ago and had the pleasure of meeting with Naj Ataiee the Client Relationship Consultant I at the North Division branch in Spokane, WA.
Naj took the time to listen carefully to my questions and concerns, and he made sure I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision. I genuinely felt like I was in good hands thanks to his expertise and attentiveness.
I highly recommend Naj to anyone who has questions about their accounts or needs guidance — he provides excellent customer service and makes the entire experience comfortable and easy.

This was a real blessing for me. I had run out of hope for a HELOC. I tried a few banks but I couldn’t get this line of credit which is very essential for the liquidity of a business or just to have it for a rainy day. I spent days working with different loans with Navy Federal Credit Union which I don’t recommend or even Chase but no luck there, they are not being nice with business loans right now. I was referred to this bank and I worked with Naj. He was super helpful. He got me through, and I was able to organize my business financials a little better. The branch manager Mike was very nice and helpful too. So far I have not had a bad experience with them. Things worked out for me.

Terrible customer service ever since Mo left.
The banker named zeke is the worst. Doesn’t greet you, doesn’t have good customer service manners and is just overall unfriendly and makes coming to this branch incredibly disappointing.
I will go out of my way to go to other branches from now on.

I am so glad I went In today because I was blessed with Ezekiel Wallace! Not only did he open my new personal checking acct, he also helped me massively with establishing a business acct along with clearing up some very confusing misconceptions about my LLC. And also reassured me that the IRS doesn’t communicate via phone phone calls and text messages and even helped me to figure out how to access my acct. what godsend this man is! An absolute professional of the upmost esteem! Ezekiel Wallace I cannot thank you enough for your help today sir and I hope that BANNER BANK knows how lucky they are to have you representing on their behalf. BANNER BANK, if you are reading this Ezekiel Wallace needs a serious raise and promotion! If I were the branch manager I would ask him to be an advisor and mentor on behalf of the bank.
