Subject: Concern regarding expired product
Dear Store Manager,
I am writing to bring to your attention a concern regarding my recent purchase at your store. On 3/5/25, I acquired a box of frozen meat products, which, upon inspection, revealed expiration dates ranging from November to December 2024.
While I understand that frozen products may remain safe beyond their expiration dates, I believe it is essential to disclose this information to customers and provide fair pricing accordingly.
To maintain the high standards of customer satisfaction and transparency, I respectfully suggest:
1. Clear labeling or disclosure of expired products.
2. Adjusted pricing for items near or past expiration.
3. Verification of product safety and quality before sale.
I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to your response.

There is one male butcher in the back who decided he didn't want to bag another bag of steaks today for my lady. And belittled and yelled at her in front of a lot of customers. The manager was understanding. And said he would handle it, hopefully he does because if that man is there when we go back we will never shop there again. And I have shopped there for almost 20 years and used to be there neighbor. Very unprofessional to make a lady cry publicly because she doesn't know how many steak cuts you guys have. I'm sorry but that is your job not ours. Ask more questions and don't assume and get upset when we are not experts in what you do.
Not sure of the butchers name, but he was the bald one with glasses. I figure the manager I talked to will read this and know.

Used to absolutely love coming here and supporting local. However after today I don’t think we will be back. My partner went in for some roast beef after working all day, it was 7:30, yes getting a bit close to close but we were at work all day, and they don’t close until 8. The guy at the meat counter was extremely rude and even made the comment “ cutting it a little close aren't you” there was a half hour, we knew exactly what we wanted and it was super easy to get. I’d understand if there was a sign or something stating machines are shut off or whatever at 7:30, but there isn’t. Just a little heartbreaking to have that experience at a store we’ve loved

Now I love this place but today has been very strange I got there 8:30am waited 30 minutes for open went to drink section and got myself a voltage mtn dew and a regular medium sized bottle of mtn dew as I was feeling thirsty I had 0 problems with the voltage but once I opened the regular one and started drinking it, it tasted normal at first but then it tasted like cherry cough drops in a way and now my stomach hurts so I'm really hoping my drink wasn't laced

$20 for this cut of ribeye. Full of fat, go to another place to get your steaks. Complete ripoff how could they even sell this

The service of this place was great and I was referred to it by a Facebook group as I was looking for tri tip. I bought the pre marinated Maui trip tio. I personally wish it was in a larger cut and not cutlets. I would like to be able to smoke it for longer hours. I also was not a huge fan of the sweet flavor and neither was my husband. Was it terrible, no. My neighbors loved it. If sweet meat is more your thing then I recommend this place.
