Went to this Bath and Body Works tonight and had the absolute best experience thanks to their employee Matt! They were so friendly, knowledgeable, and just so helpful!!! They are such a ray of sunshine and made shopping so much fun!

I pop in on a fairly regular basis! Mainly to restock my foaming hand soap! And my Wallflower scent bulbs. Both of which I highly recommend! I also love the gift sets that they sell during the holiday season! As did the handful of people that I gifted them to! The staff is always super friendly, too!

One of my Favorite places to get my lotions that are specifically their brands and you cannot get anywhere else. I can smell their refreshing clean signature bouquet as I get to the storefront which I love . I also use a lot of their specialty bath products from bath salts, bubble bath, bath bombs & candles, I could go on and on. I live in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho and it's about a 45 minute drive but it's by far well worth it as I stock up on my Favorite Essentials (at least to me) & I never leave without spending $$$'s I even write a list but NEVER am able to stick to JUST what I came for, walking out after buying at least 3 new of whatever I CAN'T leave without?. My "Lists" have grown exponentially with the New buys that I didn't even know that I absolutely "Needed" ??❤️...........Did I mention I Love their specialty only available storewide Products & I would spend $$$$'s if I could. I also am impressed with their Customer Service although I've never returned a single thing I've ever bought from them, their employees are so kick back and helpful, I don't like musk, too Floral scents and I can tell them that I only like "Clean, Fresh, white scents" and they know exactly what I mean and match me up directly to new products I can try, no pressure sales which is refreshing in and of itself. I Recommend Highly, if you've never been Especially!

Had such a wonderful shopping experience here yesterday thanks to the very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Especially the lovely woman running the front of the store I didn’t catch your name. They were out of the candle that I wanted, but she introduced me to one that was very similar, and I walked away a very happy customer. Thank you so much for taking the time!
