Our cats have been patients of ITAH for years! Dr. Brown was the first doctor we met, and he took wonderful care of our older cat. Dr. Armstrong was so caring and helpful when Marley the cat ended up needing his tail amputated after a freak accident. Most recently we saw Dr. Kuhn and he was so kind and affectionate toward our older cat when she was having urinary issues, and helped ease my fears. Unfortunately we moved across country in the last few months but we will continue to recommend ITAH to all our Spokane animal friends!

I have never, ever experienced the love, dedication and awareness of just who our cat Timi was by anyone else. Dr. Seethaler once said that he was such a ‘gentleman’. Yes, he was. He lived to be around 22 years old thanks to the great care we received from Indian Trail Animal Hospital and our Dr. Seethaler and staff. They were accommodating in so very many ways. From allowing me to request antibiotics when I knew he needed them, to after-hours return phone calls to help me understand what to do for our beloved kitty. They became part of our family as we guided Timi over the rainbow bridge. We are eternally grateful. We will get another kitty and we will be back.

Good caring vets who offer excellent care for our three large dogs. We are greeted at the door, by name, and are treated as if my pups were their own pets.

I'm always more than happy to have this place so close to home. Staff is awesome, place is clean, I never have to wait long and I'm always happy with the care and treatment. Sure, some Drs can please me more than others - just like people doctors. You just find the right one for you. I've got 6 animals and they always take top-notch care of em all!

Indian Trail AH was such a warm and welcoming place, made my pup not want to leave after her first vet visit despite vaccines and a microchip. Not the cheapest places in town, but definitely not over priced either. I truly believe amazing service and care is worth a little extra. Having a trusting and caring clinic to take care of a member of your family is what matters the most. Thank you for such a positive first experience for our lil pup!

I am so incredibly disappointed in the care my dog received and the inability of the staff to appropriately explain the care she was getting. Plus they did not inform us that she was in fact getting worse and not better; my dog had an open wound 2 weeks that I was unaware of! Yesterday, my husband and I noticed that our dog's foot was swollen 3 times its size. We believe that the wrap was way too tight on her leg so we called and tried to get her into an earlier appointment and could not. We were advised that we could take her wrap off and rewrap it. When my husband and I did that we found that there was a quarter to half dollar size open wound on her leg. When we inquired about this we were told that they had already told us about this and we did not want to do anything about it. They also said that there was nothing more that they could do for her and that we would probably have to get a skin graft to heal it up or something called calcium alginate that would cost hundreds of dollars. I called pet emergency which is where we originally took her after a dog bite incident two weeks prior and spoke to the hospital director. They were very nice, very welcoming and they treated us like royalty! We brought our dog in she was examined and not only were they able to close the wound with 7 stitches, they showed us how to wrap and unwrap her wound so that it could be changed every 2 days and gave us a huge bag of supplies to do this with. And even bigger than that because of the horrible care we received at Indian Trail (I had told the hospital director the ordeal we went through) Pet Emergency did the stitches and gave us all of the supplies at no cost! I will never ever ever go back to Indian Trail Animal Hospital and I would never recommend it to anyone that I know. If you are trusting your animal to be taken care of and spending hundreds of dollars to get care for them, they should be healing not getting worse and the staff should not be trying to embezzle money from you by telling you that you need to have wraps changed by them every few days while your animal is getting worse at the same time! Who knows how long this would have gone on before we found out that she had an open wound!

Amazing facility and incredible staff. All were very friendly and easy to work with. We have two dogs that they have taken great care of. Even if you are not in the area, it's worth the drive.

After 6 years at our previous vet whose negligence resulted in us having to put our 4 year old dog down we could not be happier with Indian trail! I've been taking my giant breed dog there since our old vet didn't deal with them. I decided to keep taking our chihuahua mixes to our old vet since they knew their history and were very convenient to our house. Big mistake!
