I don’t have any business with the bank, however, my bank has a shared branch relationship so I do many of my transactions via the ATM ? machines. So I’m happy whenever there’s a branch or ATM available. They’re everywhere in Washington!! ?

By following their advice Ii wont be getting my paycheck this week, despite assuring me it would not be effected. Totally screwed me!!!! They defanetly need to better educate their emplpyees.

We worked with Andrew Waltner to buy our first home and are so thankful to him and BECU! We loved working with Andrew! He's extremely kind and very knowledgeable. Being self employed brought a few challenges for us especially as a newer business owners, but Andrew advised us and stuck with us and gave us a loan as soon as was possible and got us out on the market. He walked us through the whole process and always went above and beyond. When talking with him we always ended up chatting about life like old friends.Also Andrew found a program for us that assisted us with our purchase and it helped us a lot! If we needed any other services concerning the home Andrew knew the guy we should contact. So really he's more than a lender!Thank you Andrew and thanks BECU!

I get that some people have had issues at BECU. I went in this afternoon and it went flawlessly. Extremely easy to set up the account and I was treated respectfully. If you have any trepidation, I suggest that request John L. and he will make the process smooth and quick!

This is the worst place to put your hard earned money. They have all my money away to online scams and services I cancelled. They have been sending all my information to the wrong address and I've tried several times to correct they have come at me with policies everytime. Well now I'm broke I'm gonna have to go through a whole year of statements that they will probably charge me again for. And find all the fraudulent charges and file a criminal case. Worst banking place ever.

Today was my first in person experience with a BECU branch. I went in with a problem I was having with opening a new membership online. I anticipated the experience would be stressful and unpleasant. Thanks to Justin, it was very much neither. Very friendly, accommodating and erased the issue as if it was never there. It was a great way to start a relationship with a financial institution. I look forward to many years of membership.

There are no tellers on the premises. This is an ATM banking only establishment. You can sit down with customer service representatives that can help with opening accounts. If you want to bank with Skynet BECU is for you.

Horrible customer service! Highly don't recommend this bank for one no money only atm with limits unless you call to up your limit everything. Wait on hold for atheist ten minutes then get questioned tobe able to get your money. What a joke.. I refinanced with then big mistake. They never transferred my insurance information or gave me any account information to set auto pay up. I've gone into there brach a couple times to try and resolve issues and there rude. I'm switching my banking and recommend Noone to branch with this company!!!

This location has some of the best customer service I've ever had. However, their customer service over the phone is extremely unprofessional and lacks basic financial institution knowledge in order to help customers. What took multiple days with multiple hour long conversations and being hung up on my upper level management over the phone took 15 in this branch to resolve.

Worst customer service ever. Wouldn't recommend. We financed a truck through BECU.. 29,000$.. paid off within 6 months and we've paid off all but 300$ of a 15,000$ loan in less than 5 months. Want to pay the remainder but they don't take cards either in store or over the phone. They want you to pull money from your other bank, deposit it into your becu checking account in order to pay off anything. Telling me they can only take payment off a card if my bill is past due is outrageous. In the process of trying to streamline service they've forgot how to actually take care of the customer. I will be closing my accounts.
