I usually don't have a negative thing to say, however, I'm highly agitated about the fact that I can't contact to the store by phone. I had a very simple, yet important question regarding some cables mixed into an open box return, I needed to ask. I had to leave a message with the customer service call center for a call back 24-48 hours later. I've already lost 24 hours and will stop by after work, I'm not holding out much hope for getting those back. It sucks because that's money down the drain...Best Buy needs to bring back a way to contact the store directly, even if it's through a screening process with the CS call center.

Very helpful staff at the order pickup counter. I didn't go into the store other than that counter, but it looked clean and well stocked. They have ridiculous prices on most things but they do price match if you ask. Open box items are often good deals

I purchased a lego set the Pacman machine for $279.99. When I got home and started my build I made it to step 3 and was missing a piece. So I called best buy to see what I need to do to get this resolved, I was told to bring it back to the store which is 10 miles from my location and they would switch it out for me. So I took it in and when I got to the store they did have another set but was told by the manager I assume that there are no returns on opened lego sets, that I have to go through lego directly to get my missing pieces. So I wasted my time and gas taking it back to the store like the gentleman over the phone told me to do. I explained that to the manager but she did not care and said I was told wrong information. Why does that fall on me if they would have told me to go through lego over the phone I wouldn't have wasted my time and money for gas to go to the store. For this bad experience I will no longer do business with best buy anymore, which I spend a lot of money there. They should make it known to the customers what is exchange able and what is not!!
