I came in to replace a lost/stolen iPhone last month and I had the best service experience. I had LeShay, Will D., and Jillian all assist. Because of them I didn’t make the mistake of buying an outdated device. I also got 1:1 help accessing and transferring my data, all without having to change my plan. A really awesome experience after a not so lucky one. Thank you for taking care of me and making it easy.

First when you walk in in Best buy make me nauseious, so discussing.. appearance of employees are just unnaturally caricatures.. one of them was hard to tell either a man a woman: huge belly, breast and deep voice. Rest of the employees covered with tattoos, piercing. The best buy looks like zoo.

David was AWESOME! He definitely had some of the best customer service skills that i’ve seen in the spokane area. He knew almost everything about what monitors would be best for my new setup. The other location was nowhere near as helpful and I will absolutely be coming back here to get everything necessary for my setup and it’s all thanks to David! Need more employees like this in stores!

Worst customer service of my life. You cannot call and speak to a store employee for information, you are directed to an outsourced/overseas customer service line that does not have any information on warranties or exchanges. They told me I would need to visit the store and ask if they would accept my return (which is a fairly large vacuum cleaner). I'll never shop here again. $1000 on a vacuum cleaner that broke and I can't get Dyson or Best Buy to exchange it despite the fact that it's under WARRANTY with BOTH companies.

Just bought a new tv from here. After we got home, unboxed the tv, and set it up on our mount we realized that there was no cable to plug it in, and no remote either. I called and got ahold of someone, then she hung up on me, called again and got the same person and she was super short with me and said there was nothing they could do unless we box it back up and return it, and possibly risk getting another one without a cord and remote again. So, heads up, if you buy the 75” Toshiba that they have on sale for $499 right now, do yourself a favor and make sure it has a cord and remote before you get all the way home and set it up.

I would shout from the rooftops to avoid this Best Buy at all costs. I bought a dishwasher from them that was supposed to be installed today. Waited all day long, called twice, used chat help twice, and ultimately talked with the Geek Squad twice, and no one could satisfactorily explain why the install didn’t happen, and worse yet, why no one bothered to contact me to tell me they were tanking the install. Everyone pointed fingers at their “third party” installers, absolving Best Buy of any responsibility for their utter lack of service. Best Buy picks their third party installers, making them an extension of Best Buy. At the end of the day, the only thing that has been resolved is that Best Buy has lost a customer for life, and I’ll go out of my way to help anyone else from experiencing the same level of absolutely abysmal customer service. I don’t know how this company can even stay in business. Seriously. You can’t even make one courtesy call instead of making me sit at home all day?

Ordered a fridge. Said an item box available but got canceled cause it wasn't then when able to order at the sale price it went up $100. Was told once delivered they could work with me after talking to a supervisor. Had my appointment that I had to be available from 7a-7p so I took the WHOLE DAY OFF unpaid and I get a call just around 2:15 to be told it's not coming today and they don't know when it will come in. The app said another month. I called customer service still got no answers, and all they could say was sorry for the issue. Well, that doesn't cover the days pay I lost because someone couldn't have called me in the morning to tell me it's not even at the warehouse!!!

I typically have great experiences at most Best Buy stores. At this location, my niece and I visited here. Upon entry, we were quickly greeted by an employee who welcomed us and asked if we needed assistance. I inquired if I was able to pick up an online order that I had originally purchased at the East side store. We were directed to the Order Pickup window. I explained again. Was informed it could be done, however the transfer process could take anywhere from 5 mins to 45 mins. I was willing to wait. Thankfully, it took 5 mins. I also purchased a protection screen for my Iwatch 2/pk. Customer service was nice and prompt. They also assisted my niece with the return of her merchandise. All went very well.

So I ordered a LG washer/dryer combo on 4/30/23 I picked it up 5/29/23 at no point did the sales man offer me a extended warranty or even talk about itI installed this unit in my place and used it 3 times and got a u5 code on it. I called Best Buy and told them about this problem the guy asked if I had bought the extended warranty I said no I wasn’t offered one. But I had only had it for 20 days they said the cut off to bring it back was 15 days and they couldn’t help me and asked if I had called LG.I have bought lots of things from Best Buy but I will never spend another cent in this store. I would take your business somewhere that cares and appreciate it not Best Buy

4 star as laptop selection was not the best. Sales staff when asked questions, just read the info card by the product. I can do that too!! New store layout much cleaner and crisper. Basically more open space, less product.

After a long drive it was refreshing to just get such great help!! We love Best Buy and do all our upgrades there. The store is beautiful after remodel.

Fast directions to where I needed to go and people ready to help you. I like shopping here for knowledgeable guidance to find the right tech products for my needs. More expensive than. Amazon but you pay for tech expertise at Best Buy. Worth the higher price

This might be my new favorite Best Buy in the area. I just found the store to be extremely clean and welcoming. We had multiple employees coming up to us and asking if we needed assistance, the music was perfect for shopping around and the store itself was stocked with items I didn’t even think Best Buy would sell. Overall, very impressed. Especially with David who helped us today in the computer section!!
