I came in with air in the hydrolic brakes. They were quick, polite, and were able to accomodate my hurried schedule with no warning. Definitely a place to go.

I just bought probably the most beautiful gravel bike I have ever seen. By far the best bike I have ever ridden.. I splurged... Spencer helped me through the entire process. Great kid! I'd recommend BB and ask for Spencer.. I will also be including BB in all my maintenance needs. When you find a place like this you stick with it. MD

They are very nice, and would answer all my questions that i had, and never tried up-selling me when i asked about items. They would actually put thought into what would work with my bike or not, so i don't have to spend extra money. Honest and sweet people.

These guys are local and AMAZING. I ordered a Giant Bicycle from the Giant website, and I was able to choose these guys as the retailer to have it shipped to. They are so patient and knowledgeable, and the in store inventory is amazing! Pricing is incredible. They ensure you leave with everything on your bike and your gear are ship shape. Thank you, guys!

Stopped in to get help fixing my pump. They gave me a new pump head from their stock for free. Took my Litespeed for brake adjustment and chain replace. Very reasonable, on-time. My go-to bike shop. Support our small businesses.

Bicycle Butler is JUST ok.Upon entering the shop, you'll see bikes hung on the outside wall & bikes cabled to stands. Cool right? Not really, as about half of the bikes you see are not for sale. I later learned that the bikes being serviced are ones with white tags and red numbers. That's not the only frustrating part for a new customer! The bikes being serviced are not labeled as NOT FOR SALE. One can see how a new customer can spend minutes outside looking at these bikes only to find out way later they're not for sale. Waste of a customer's time.Warning: Before you buy a used bike here, go on Bicycle Blue Book and compare. I did and found this shop to be selling used bikes $200- $300 above BBB. Some of the bikes still have mud dried on them. Sad.Customer service is ok, as they try to sell you Giant brand bikes. No offense to Giant, but a customer can easily find better bikes at shops 15 min away: Trek brand or Specialized brand. *I won't say the shop names here as this is a review for Bicycle Butler.Don't bother going to this shop's online site. There is no valid information. Each page consists of a phrase that basically says to call the shop for availability of used & new bikes. Very poor website design.Once you're in the shop, there are new bikes in front and to the left. Remember how I said the outside had used & serviced bikes that were unlabeled? That's how it is to the right within the shop. To the right, there are bike accessories, etc. At the front counter of the shop, there are pedals, etc. It's cool to see employees working on bikes hung by a bike stand behind the counter.Overall 3/5☆s. Not a place to buy used bikes. A ok place if you want new but ok brand bikes. Some accessories and parts are $1 - $5 below suggested retail. So ok overall.

Spokane has several great bicycle shops but Bicycle Butler is probably my favorite. I've always had good service and prices whether having them work on my bike or just buying parts.
