Cheaper by the Minute has truly exceeded my expectations! Their customer service is exceptional, always friendly and ready to assist with any queries. The staff's warm and welcoming attitude makes every interaction pleasant. My husband was interested in a display, and they even sold it to him! Completely made his day!!!! Plus, their prices are unbeatable, offering great value without compromising on quality. Highly recommend for anyone looking for excellent service and affordability!

I’ve been to Cheaper by the Minute several times now, and every visit has been a great experience. I recently bought a rug I absolutely love, and I’m always impressed by the wide variety of new and gently used items they have in stock—there’s something different every time!
The young woman who works there is always friendly and welcoming, and both she and the gentleman I’ve seen working with her are incredibly helpful. Their customer service really stands out—they’re attentive without being pushy, and always willing to help you find what you’re looking for.
If you enjoy thrifting or are on the hunt for great deals, I definitely recommend stopping by. You never know what treasure you’ll find!

We had time to kill waiting to meet up with some friends, so we decided to go and JUST LOOK around this discount store. That was a mistake, because we ended up buying stuff. We found a giant patio umbrella with lights that will work great in our yard. The display had a couple of lights that did not work, but the employees took us to the back room where they had parts from umbrellas. They spent a lot of time with us and swapped out the bad parts and made sure everything was complete and working. The employees were great and they made our trip there amazing. We live on the west side of the state, but we will go there every time we visit the Spokane area. WARNING if you go there, you will find something you like.

Good experience. They don't have baskets just carts because people steal them. They are trying to crack down on shoplifting. A good thing. So sad people have to steal.

Came in looking to buy a sofa. Trying to find anyone to help was a joke. Walked up to an employee at the computer over in the furniture area. Stood there awkwardly waiting to be acknowledged until I had to speak up uncomfortably asking who we talk to if we are interested in a sofa. Depends which one I guess so after showing the sofa to him he looked on his handy computer that let him know that there were none in stock and none nearby. So we kept looking for some reason still considering to support this business. Went up to him again to ask about another sofa. That one was in stock. We spent about a thousand dollars on a couch and said we would be back the next day to pick it up. When we showed up it was very very unorganized. Was told at the register that they have no managers and the employee was overwhelmed with everything extra he has to do. We waited while our sofa was unloaded from the outside storage containers and it was behind a whole bunch of other heavy things that had to be taken out first. I honestly felt bad for the employee and the disorganized manner they have to conduct business. The whole experience was sketchy. Then today I placed an online order and paid for two desks for pick up. About 4 hours later no email came saying it was ready so we just headed to the store to see what the heck...we get there and no joke there were 4 employees hanging around the front just talking and hanging out. One was stocking things but there were hardly any customers in the store. I am thinking okay they are slow enough to hang out and talk but no one could get our two item order ready? The cashier looked up my order, said it wasn't picked yet and yelled at another employee. Oh both didn't even know they had an order. Waited just a few minutes for him to gather our order but honestly I would have been pissed if I paid for items they said were in stock and IF I had gotten there and they didn't have them after ignoring my order, I'd be fuming. I would suggest to steer clear from this place. It is horrible. I can't believe we spent over a thousand dollars at this place. We will most likely never ever be back.

Great store! Fair prices. I got a refurbished shark vacuum here for 150$! So great! And a huge variety of products! UPDATE 11/19/23- I changed my review from many years ago. I went in today cuz I saw some great deals on a ad on FB. There were NO great deals and their prices were not great and only comparable to other high priced stores.

The young employees are amazing and very helpful. Especially a little lady up front. What's great? The older lady was completely rude. Loud obnoxious I heard her bad mouthing other employees and customers. I.e. Me very loudly at thin exile over then. I heard her talking rude about another customer and refusing to help them. This place is absolutely ridiculous. I would fire her. There's no way to treat customers. Or other employees. Shame on you all!!
