I'll just keep it simple. its really easy to give bl best and Brian and his team a 5 star Review. They Give 5 star service. You add that with They have quite a few parts no one else in town has and they sell those parts at a fair price.no price gauging ! To top it all off theyre extremely knowledgeable friendly and are always happy to help. They are the first place I go. I appreciate Brian and his team for what they do. It's hard to find companies like that anymore.

So so glad I found this place. After several unhelpful online searches for answers I walked in not expecting much. I was delightfully surprised as these guys were very easy to talk to and extremely knowledgable. Not only did I get a quick answer to my questions but I left with TWO different options of how to solve my issue. I highly recommend them. Thanks for your help you guys!

Spoke with a nice lady on the phone and told her specifics on what I needed and she assured me they would be able to help. Dropped everything I was doing to drive 45 min to get there. The young guy there was trying to help me when I told him what the lady told me, he/Brian took offense got up in my face and said they wasted too much time on me already and told me to leave. Bad day or just a prick? Sure was quick to puff his chest out. 1st and last time I or any of my family or friends will ever go there besides that you said you didn't need my business anyways. The 1 star is for the young guy that was trying to help me until boss man stepped in. There's too many other places to go and not have deal with people like this guy. DON'T RECOMMEND BL BEST AT ALL. What really confused me ,he told me I was lying about what the lady had told me on the phone.

Known owner Bryan since his ESP (ex-employer/surplus electric supply shop)days. Bryan is A very nice gentleman & will help you anyway he can. That being said, the prices for used equipment/parts are getting as high as ESP eventually got ((The very last time I went to ESP I was quoted a price for used panel that was $2 more than Home Depot’s new price?!))Bryan to pay spot copper/brass prices for your stuff or free when buildings get torn down, Or Penny on the dollar of outdated or surplus items Then turn around sell for 20x the price you paid just seems greedy. The parts I paid $30 for I looked at the breaker warehouse out of Seattle & could get it shipped to me in a 2 days for $20 less. New olde stock, not even used! I know you are running a business, but dang maybe get rid of the gal standing around getting in way & looking for customers to annoy….b/c although she’s good at what she does ? A necessity she’s not.Took a star for prices only~it’s a decent shop B L Best it ain’t rc worst lol

I spoke with Brian looking for an obscure breaker. Brian was kind and extremely knowledgeable. He offered advice (which worked) and even offered to help me with my existing breaker if the advice had not worked. Brian made no sale but was more concerned with the customer experience. Most places would have just sold me parts and told me to have a nice day. Brian you are the true hero and I will forever recommend you and your business to anyone looking for of anything electrical related!

The soda machine steals your money and wont return it. Pretty sketchy it just takes peoples money...How am I supposed to get my money back when the machine is outside and the store is closed and the return lever doesn't work?? An "out of order" sign is not expensive.
