The experience at BMW was absolutely white glove. Ryan, the manager, was really incredible. Additionally, Robbie, went above and beyond to deliver a dynamic experience. Even when we had a minor issue, Ryan took ownership of it no questions asked and took care of us as if we were VIPs. The service team was also fantastic. At every turn, and every visit, everyone on the staff had a true ownership mentality - something rare in business these days. We'll be clients of this dealership for a long time.

My experiences with this dealer are first rate this time as always. They are extremely detailed, very fairly priced, and true professionals. I dealt with Karl and Anna out of the trenches, and in the trenches, minding after my car directly was Kelsen.It is difficult to find consistently great customer service anywhere these days, but you will always find it here from the knowledgeable group of people there to help!

Purchased a 24 Black X3, was dark when we left the dealership, was rainy weather for multiple days, finally in some sunny weather I noticed some swirl and scratch marks on the paint. Derrek, our salesman was nothing short of amazing. There was no hesitation on his part, just bring the car back, take a loaner and he’ll make it right! That’s exactly what he did and why we’ll ALWAYS buy from him. Highly highly recommend Derrek if anyone is looking for a great buying experience @ BMW.

I had the best experience today when I thought it was going to be difficult. Lesley in the parts department helped me order a new key for my BMW and it was super easy. She walked me through the process and I will have a new key in just a couple days. she is friendly and her customer service is incredible. Thank you, Lesley!

One of the best car buying experiences I have had. Shay Reed it awesome. Not only did he tell me exactly what to expect in my purchase but followed through on everything he said he would. I saw the negative reviews and found none of it to be what my experience was with the dealership. Even with a couple minor issues after delivery of the car Shay took the time to resolve them quickly. I recommend Shay Reed and BMW of Spokane to anyone.

Best car buying experience I've ever had. Robbie is responsive, knows his cars and made it easy for me to make my decision and complete my purchase. I even saved a little on the taxes by buying in Spokane instead of the Seattle area.I'll be back when I'm ready to buy my next BMW.

I had an amazing experience at BMW. I scheduled an appointment with Matt, he had the car warmed up and ready to go for a test drive. They gave us the space to look at the car and talk it over. He sat down with us and went over numbers and figured out how we could make our monthly payments where we needed it, considering we are expecting our first baby early next year! The day we purchased the car, he even came in on his day off to make sure everything went smooth and we were able to walk out that door with the car that I fell in love with.I would 100% recommend BMW Spokane to purchase your next car! Ask for Matt Gipson and it will be smooth sailing from there.

Our experience with BMW of Spokane was fantastic. Michaelangelo is very friendly and went above and beyond to help us buy our car. He even made sure our car was washed and gassed up before we left. My PHEV is great. When the front hood was scratched the detail shop did a wonderful job of buffing it out.I ordered the car during the supply crisis and they still made it all work.Derrick is the sales man i worked with and i recommend him for his skill and patience.

Don't bother calling these guys after you have bought a vehicle from them. They will toss you around in the phone system, ask you to leave messages on machines, and never get back to you. The service here is an absolute JOKE. Nobody cares even if you decided to put your faith in them and purchase a vehicle for 10's of thousands of dollars. These guys have trash service and they know it. They don't have a care in the world. No making it right, no apologies. It's just flat out disrespectful. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. Do your job BMW of Spokane. It's embarrassing how bad your service after the vehicle is purchased truly is.

Edit 8/28/23: European AutoHaus fixed the roof in 6 hours. Go there instead.We recently took our automatic hard top convertible to BMW Spokane as it had a fault in the opening/closing process. The top was closed but the windows were stuck down, the trunk wouldn't open and there was a warning signal from the dash. Started off badly when we were told to bring it in on a Saturday, but getting there learned that the master tech wouldn't be back in until the following Thursday. This was just the beginning of their poor communication. The dealer kept the car for nearly 6 weeks. Not once during this time did we receive a call or text with an update from Josh the service advisor, even after him promising to do so. We had to call each week to get any information.Ultimately we did not receive a diagnosis. The next step would have been replacing the $3000 hydraulic pump, but they weren't convinced that would fix the issue. They offered to bypass the roof controls so the windows & trunk would operate normally, but the roof wouldn't retract. We accepted this solution.When we picked up the car it was incredibly dirty, inside and out. There was tape/adhesive on the glass & paint and the clear coat was chipped around the windows from where they'd been covered. The interior was dirty and dusty and the side of the leather drivers seat was discolored and dry from (presumably) sitting in the sun unprotected.Upon complaint, we were offered a loaner vehicle while they detailed our car overnight. We accepted and they did a decent job but left us with a dirty microfiber towel in the driver footwell by the pedals. Later we realized they had replaced our key fob without asking or telling us which we knew because on the old one, the blue BMW emblem was worn off while it was bright and new on the one we were given at pick up. This replacement fob is not coded for BMW Comfort Access & would require us paying to have it reprogrammed at the dealer.We never received an apology, only excuses, and in the end we are out $700 with a still broken convertible in worse condition than we'd left it.

We had a great overall experience! Our internet inquiry was answered very quickly by Anna Johnsen, which made us feel valued as a potential buyer. She kept us in line with appointment reminders as well! Matt Gibson was great to work with on the sale as well! Very knowledgeable and helpful. Tyler Holmes was super in the finance office with warranty information also. Wonderful team at BMW of Spokane!

They are always so nice, they always do an absolutely wonderful job with my car. They don't talk to me like I'm just some dumb girl. Truly a world class crew, that definitely earned my trust and adoration. If they read this, thank you service department for being the best at what you do, love you guys. Perfect. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly. Josh is the reason I keep coming back, he doesn't treat me like some dumb girl, he's incredibly respectful, helpful, trustworthy and honorable. He makes it worth the 2 hour drive in to get my car taken care of instead of going local. Absolutely phenomenal individual
