BOB'S SAVED ME THOUSANDS!
Would highly recommend this mechanic for pre-purchase inspections. I was looking into a vehicle that originated in New York. The dealership did not disclose ANY issues with the vehicle. The mechanics at Bob's told me not to move forward with it because they found horrendous rust and suspicious codes. They didn't even charge me for the inspection which was so generous and kind. I was bummed the car didn't work out, but so glad I didn't drop 24K on crappy vehicle.
Thank you thank you! I believe the man who helped us was named Grant. I am so grateful! Take your car here for pre-purchase inspections!

Grant and his team took such great care of me today. I woke up with a dead car and once I got it jumped I called bobs and they told me to bring it right over. They were able to replace parts and service my car in just a few short hours. I’m really grateful for the speedy help they gave me. Officially my new place I’ll be going to for future services!

Bobs service center was very helpful and accommodating. I went there without an appointment on the road traveling West and my rooters and brakes were acting up . They were very helpful in squeezing my car in and the price was fair. I lived that they didn't try and have me do a bunch of other stuff just did what was needed and gave a few recommendations for later and sent me on my way within hours. Thank you very much Mike!!! You deserve a raise !!

My son asked for a water pump replacement quote last week; outrageously high. Fortunately I knew of another auto shop in Spokane who completed the work very professionally and immediately for a third of Bob's quote. Just personal opinion but I would advise anyone to avoid this place - - -

These guys are amazing. Always go the extra mile. For me I care less about price and more about getting the job done right the first time. I hate going back to an automotive place over and over because they can’t figure it out! That’s like my pet peeve if you will. These guys are good!!

Guys are super nice and seem helpful but.. I took my car in because of shaking on the freeway, they looked at it and said I needed a ball joint and struts, quoted roughly 1800.00, I called Pete's and asked them for a quote, they said 780.00 so I took it to them. They checked everything and said all suspension was tight! Ball joints fine, NOTHING wrong except tires need balanced! No charge from Pete's at all. Go to Pete's Honda! I will not go anywhere else from now on.

The ac broke on wife's car. I saw that the hose was leaking so it was likely going to be quick fix. We took the car to bob's after reading their reviews on google. Now we wish we had read the 1 star reviews too. We informed them to check the leaking hose and send us a quote. She was given a quote for replacing the condenser and compressor around $2200. I thought that was a bit surprising but decided to go for it. They changed it out and charged her. They said it would be covered with a 2 year warranty or 24000 miles. Relieved that the ac was working, she came home. Exactly 3 days later, the AC was broken again. After calling them, they setup an appointment to take a look at the issue. Low and behold, the hose is broken. They setup another appointment because they didn't have the hose in stock. Multiple days of taking the car there and Uber rides were extra cost to us. Charged her almost $500 again after saying that they wouldn't charge her for labor which they did. Totally gaslighted her. So at this point they charged us $2600 for a hose fix which I had originally pointed them to. I highly recommend everyone NOT going into this business with an open wallet. They just might stick you. As far as we are concerned, we will be suing them in small claims court. This is not over.

Diagnosed my vehicle but wanted me to pay more to fix unrelated things and it took forever for them to tell me the price of just the thing I wanted fixed, cash grabbers.
