They don't ever answer their phone so I had to drive 25 miles to find they didn't have the phone I wanted. If they would just answer their phone, it would have saved me the gas it took me to get there to find out they didn't have what I wanted anyway. Can I charge Boost for their incompetence.

This business has absolutely no customer service. I ordered the new Samsung S25 Febuary 28th, it's now April I still don't have my S25 they lo my ticket for my order it took them 3 weeks to figure that out, but they promptly charged my card March 4th for ghe 2 S25 I ordered and never received. They said it would take 2-3 business days for them to arrive when they never did they didn't refund me m y money the6 conveniently put the balance on my boost mobile account and told me to order another phone I could not use the balance on my boost mobile account to order a new phone I would have to pay again out of pocket for a new phone . The only reason I had a credit to my boost mobile account was because they credited the money I paid them for my phones to it instead of refunding me as they should have.This company is a joke they waisted o er 4 straight days on the phone e with them trying to find my order and to date I still don't have a phone.My house burned down March 20th ablnd you know what I couldn't even call 911 because I don't own a phone. THANKS BOOST MOBILE YOU ARE THE WORST PHONE COMPANY THERE IS.

Used to love this place! But the last year my love has turned into "over it!!! Since the switch to Direct TV owned, phone service is terrible. Constantly lose connection.The north store has all new employees and I have yet to meet a nice person. The guys there are rude. Act inconvenienced that I'm there. Every time I asked a question, I was answered with an attitude or a. The worker seemed to get snotty every time I asked a question. He honestly was one of the rudest people I met in customer service.

If I could do a negative star I would.. constantly have to mess with phone to get service, settings always changing,says I'm logged into same phone twice playstore has a old phone linked .. gonna stop there ...now waiting for them to tell me I can't leave service haven't enjoyed since day one
