Cute western ware and everything else. The ladies that work here are incredible and really helpful when it comes to giving advice and figuring out the perfect outfit for whatever occasion. Love this store.

Good selection but the customer service was less than good at this location. I came in about half an hour before closing and they seemed more concerned about getting me out of the store than trying to make a sale. I had to approach staff twice before getting help, although one lady boldly marched up to ask a personal health question about my kid and then walked away without offering any help to me in finding what I was looking for.
To be clear, I’ve been in several Boot Barn locations and have had excellent costumer service and sales experiences every other location I’ve been to. This particular experience was very disappointing and kind of shocking to be honest. Such a shame, as I’ve loved supporting Boot Barn and exploring what they have in the store is half the fun of getting new boots or clothing - being rushed and asked VERY personal questions along with minimal help only after being pressed (but many reminders that the store was closing soon) was definitely not the experience I made a 2-hour round trip for.

Went in on a Tuesday looking for some jeans that were online, for a wedding that weekend. They didn’t end up having them in store. Spokane store contacted A Boot barn in Seattle and they were supposed to overnight a pair and they didn’t get the memo and did not send it. I was left high and dry. Super upset and put in a bad spot. Thanks for nothing.

Needed my Stetson shaped and went in to see Spencer, I think that’s his name. He did a great job at shaping my hat to exactly what I was looking for, he gave me suggestions and tips on care for my hat and suggestions on straw and new hats. Spencer had two years experience shaping hats and worth it to me to make the almost 2 hour drive for a quality shaping. Thanks Spencer.
