So over priced. Three of the same shirts back to back, same rack and all priced differently. I pulled a small painting a woman wanted $45 for it. Then told me I could do 10% off, then when I told her it was too much, she said $30 is too much? I said I can do $30, but you have it listed here and told $45. She told me $45 then, caught herself trying to up charge. A cup I wanted, $16 that is chipped. I see things from Global, they will buy and just add $20 on top of what they bought it for. I get it’s a “nicer” thrift store, but you have better luck going on Facebook Market or another thrift store. Their prices are outrageous, I feel bad for the people being robbed.

Very well curated and displayed vintage items. It's a pure pleasure to view. I usually don't pay the clothing prices because it's just a bit too much for my thrifty heart. But if you want good items, this is the place.

This place is soooo groovy. It came highly recommended and did not disappoint. Some real great finds, clothes, furniture and everything vintage. I think I spent more time talking to the staff then shopping they are really friendly. Check it out for sure!

Neat vintage shop, with a good selection of items at...okay prices. The owner is nice and also a bit chatty. Definitely worth a visit.

Ermahgerd. The experience I had in here was wonderful. Looking for vintage band tees? This is the place. Looking for incredible vintage furniture? Look no further. Looking for unique finds to astonish the mind and delight the senses? Boulevard Mercantile is your place! My new favorite store in Spokane. The only regret I have is that I didn't bring a U-Haul to get all the furniture I wanted!!!

Definitely my favorite antique store in Spokane. Whenever I visit there's always something new I feel compelled to bring home with me which is a little dangerous for my wallet.

I love boulevard from the different vendors to the rotating selections to the overall feel of the place but the only flaw is the general price point. I know employees, rent, bills, etc etc needs to get paid but man I cant drop $120 on jeans. There are sometimes good deals but you have to really look around.

BUYER BEWARE!! End of December I purchased a set of dressers, that they claimed were actually owned by one of the owners of the store. Turns out the underneath some of the drawers is bright green, like how an untreated deck turns bright green from MOLD. We didn’t notice this until we were loading up to leave Spokane, our movers actually noticed it. Now I understand why I had been so ill beginning mid-January- it was the exposure to the mold from the dressers. I thought it was something to do with my actual apartment and paid to end my lease early. It was never the apartment. It was these stupid dressers that we paid about $1,400 for!

Nice maintained store that specializes in vintage, newer antiques. Does not have the silver plate, victorian era, hummel of older antique stores. 50% of the store is clothing and records; some vintage furniture; some smaller items and nic nacs. Clothing seemed hip/chic when I've seen college students wear second hand clothes. I bought some Raggedy Ann and Andy books for my daughter.
