McKabe did a great job installing hard surface flooring in my townhouse. He was friendly, punctual, attentive to detail, and communicated consistently each day. I also, appreciated input and assistance from Meg in the store in selecting the right flooring product. So pleased with finished product it looks great!

Cynthia and Dan were fantastic. Cynthia helped us with all our planning, was very responsive, wrote up so many amendments to our quote, and always got back to us. She even helped us find other solutions for other projects in our home. Dan was super fast and efficient with installing our floors and they look incredible.
I really appreciated the transparency in showing us each line item, breaking things down so we can understand what we might want to do ourselves vs. what we want them to do, and the willingness to help at any stage of our project.
Replacing all the floors was a daunting and very expensive project but Cynthia, Dan, and everyone on the team was so kind in encouraging us to do what we could ourselves but letting us know they can handle anything we want them to. It is rare to find a company that will say, "here is what it would cost you to have us remove your subfloor, but honestly, it isn't that hard and I think you can do it yourself." They are honest and hardworking people and I absolutely recommend them for a job well done!

We’re just finishing up with our kitchen remodel and flooring throughout our main living area. From the very beginning our designer, Cynthia Johnson, was extremely helpful, professional, and a delight to work with. She always made herself available when we had any questions, and was a huge help when it came time to make all the design choices.
We loved that we could come into their design center and have tons of choices for all our needs.
We are so pleased with how the kitchen has come together. It’s absolutely beautiful! We couldn’t be more happier with it and the flooring. We highly recommend Brother’s Flooring and Design, along with Cynthia.

We just replaced our flooring throughout the entire living area, and we are thrilled with the results!!! Meghan is a jewel to work with in selecting product and taking care of every issue that arises, of which there were several:-) She is professional, personable (with a terrific sense of humor) and highly knowledgeable! We just had our floors replaced by Brother's flooring and they did a wonderful job. From my showroom experience, to getting the measurements, to install day everyone was professional and helpful and easy to work with. Our installer Dan was friendly, kind and great to work with as well. I felt safe having him in my home, he was prompt and always let me know what he was doing and what his schedule would be. He answered all of my questions. He did a beautiful and thorough job on the install and the finishing work. I would highly recommend Brother's flooring and especially their installer Dan.

My wife and I recently had Brothers tear out and refloor our entire home. From the initial visit to their showroom, to their visit to our home and quoting, and finally the process of tearing out the old and installing the new flooring couldn't have been more seamless. We felt that pricing was competitive , the product installed was of high quality, and the install staff were quite easy to get along with and work through the process with us while we stayed in the home. I would highly recommend this local small business, give them a try.

We have been severely disappointed with the $30k carpet project we hired Brothers Flooring to do for us. There is a massive lack of quality control, poor project management, underwhelming communication, and lack of urgency. For most of this project, they have had one guy doing all the work by himself. Our two-week project is now entering it's fourth week and I have low confidence that all the little problem areas (like bad seams, bubbles in the carpet, and unsealed edges on the thresholds) will get fixed before they say they are done. I can update this review once the project is over, but I just couldn't wait any longer to put something up here.
