If you can not find a pair of jeans here… it might be you not the jeans. But really, they have soooo many different jeans and I have yet to buy a pair that did not fit me perfectly. I have a really odd shape. Super tall (6ft) and super skinny. So almost anything is high water on me and if they are long enough then they are way too big. The buckle is the only place that has the options on all their jeans to get the length and the size. Plus the jeans are quality. Little spendy but so worth it as they last forever.

After having kids shopping has started to become uncomfortable for me. I have such a hard time dressing myself and finding things that will fit well in all the right places. With that being said, I cannot believe how comfortable and welcome they made me feel at this location. All of the employees were so nice! A lovely young lady named Erica even took the time to help me find something that would suit me. 10/10 best experience I’ve ever had. I will definitely be back.

To all the people saying they are too pushy god forbid they are friendly and want to make a sale you would do the same for some change! Erica is by far the best, nicest, friendliest employee I’ve ever been helped by she helped me pick out all my favorite clothes. First review i’ve ever given the service here is just too good!

I love Buckle and this store specifically. All of the girls are super sweet! Erica was awesome and helped me find my new outfit and I couldn’t be any happier! The store was clean and organized and I WILL be coming back!

I had a wonderful experience here, I usually stick to PacSun but Erica and the other girls working in there make me wanna start shopping here. The store was very organized and their team was super helpful. I found so many cute things for spring and summer! Couldn’t have had a better experience.

By far the nicest buckle I have ever set foot in. Workers immediately greeted me and directed me to the right section. Erica helped me find exactly what I was looking for and more! I will be going back to this buckle every time from now on, couldn’t recommend more!

Two workers that work there, Paige and Linda are so amazing! Always putting in the energy to accommodate customers and keep things light and stress-free. Paige’s assistance and attentive work ethic makes me want to come back again for sure!

I've been here numerous times and have dealt with the pushy sales people BUT today took the cake. I went in knowing exactly what I was after with my husband.... blonde girl at a front table says hi what are you after I said oh nothing I don't need assistance, because I know what I wanted and didn't want to deal with her trying to sell me something I didn't want so as I'm looking with my husband she literally brings over a random pair of jeans to try to sell me, I said no I'm good I'm not interested. She said so you don't want to shop here then? I said if I didn't plan on shopping here I wouldn't have come in here correct? I asked for the size of what I was looking for and she took it to scan and see if they had my size which they didn't so I said thank you, hung it back up and left. Now I now to stop at the front when they say hi and forcefully let them know I do not want or need help finding myself what I want to wear.

When I went into this store I never imagined how wonderful the experience I would get would be. The customer service was off the charts, and the girl that was helping me was amazing. If you ever go into this store ask for Paige, she was great.

Be prepared because they are super pushy with selling. Some days you get a crew that is cooler but other times it’s way too much.
I have written maybe 3 negative reviews in my entire life.
I get they need to sell.. but it’s unpleasant. There’s got to be a better way for people to experience this store. It has so much potential. The people are just super pushy. Let me shop. I’m not dumb. Guide me if i have a question.. i will ask.
After reading the other reviews.. I’m glad i wasn’t the only one that felt this.

Paige at the Buckle at the Northtown mall is fantastic. She made me feel so comfortable and so seen, literally if I had thousands of dollars I would’ve bought everything in the store because she was so helpful and attentive.
