We rented a car online paid for full insurance, we were going to a funeral service out of town two and a half hours away.They did not have the car we had reserved. So we were getting an upgrade then all of a sudden we need a deposit by credit card and you have to have a 750 credit score, never mentioned that anywhere on the website. Don't have a high enough credit score so no rental. We were scrambling to get new tires on our car and were late to the service. Also you have to call a 800 number to get your money back and the lady got a real attitude. Two years ago we rented from them, didn't have our car we rented the car only had a half tank of gas was filthy and had food in the center console. I filled the tank took it back and told them it was dirty, half empty tank and old food in there, was told oh that happens. Then two weeks later got a bill for gas and three extra days of rental. DO NOT rent here run the other way.

Great experience with Budget. Rented car in Vancouver, returned in Spokane. Other than the price (super high during summer months), it was a smooth transaction.

We reserved a car for 5pm, which is right when they close. We got there at 20 to 5, and my husband had forgotten his wallet. It was going to be a tight time frame to go back and get it in time. The guy working the counter said he can't wait past 5, but that after he picked up his kid from daycare, he'd come back. We made it just in time, but were thankful he was willing to go the extra mile for us. Great customer service.

I was lied to and told that drivers under 25 are required to pay for the loss and damage waiver. I called corporate customer service after and they confirmed this is untrue and were nice enough to remove it from my rental agreement. But the guys at this location are absolute scammers looking to make their commission. They can go to hell

Beware of these gougers! They will rent all their cars out if there is a busy time. Even if you have a reservation, they will cancel it and rent the car out from under you at a higher rate. They called me on the tarmac to tell me they can't honor my reservation. Stranded. No explanation or anything but the writing is on the wall.11533352US5

Unfortunately it is IMPOSSIBLE to speak with directly to an agent at a local agency.I was attempting to reconnect a lost bag a passenger left on my my bus. Was informed that there is no way to speak to the local office.

Tasha is the wonderful employee that you will speak to when you go to Budget rent a car, she is super nice she wants to make sure that everything is covered and instead of her charging us for renting the car there because we are AARP members, she told us to go to costco.com and put our travel there that's saved us over $200! She did not have to do that. Thank you so much Budget rent a car for being a great customer service person.

I had such a good experience with the gentleman who got us taken care of. He was friendly, helpful, let us compare trunk sizes of other vehicles and ultimately got us upgraded. Everything was fast and there was no pushiness about extra insurance. Charges were all clear and the promise that if we needed the car longer, we’d pay the same rate. When I called on the phone both the woman and the male were incredibly friendly and helpful. Thank you!

My husband and I share a car, and he was out of town. I needed a rental so I booked online. I was shocked at the great experience I had. I’ve heard nightmare stories about rental car services, and I really didn’t have problems here. The car I got was SUPER nice, modern, and really clean. For being the absolute cheapest option, I was genuinely blown away and hated to give the car back! My receipt says I was helped by Cheeses and Neftali, they were both super kind and easy to work with. I was accidentally charged the under 75 miles fuel fee, and a quick phone call fixed that with no issues. Thanks guys! I’ll be using you again!
