Took my daughter for her 10th birthday, and all the staff were incredibly friendly. They made everything easy, and treated every kid in the store (there were at least 4 birthdays there) like they were the most important.

Stopped by around 1pm on 7/2 for our son’s first birthday bear! I wish I could remember the names of the employees we interacted with because they are what made this experience special! The obvious care for each kid getting their bear was wonderful to see and we are already ready to go back!

Kids had a blast. Experience is long enough to justify the price, although $30+ for a stuffed animal does seem really high, and the outfits get expensive really fast. But you have great employees and I hope they are paid well!

Build A Bear definitely delivered for my adult childrens' birthdays! You're never too old to enjoy a new fuzzy friend!
Musical Morgan was absolutely phenomenal in making our unconventional group feel right at home.
