Worst service I have ever recieved (or in my case not recieved). I had a flat tire yesterday. Called Good Sams and they contracted Core Values Roadside to service my vehicle. First, this company is located in Spokane Washington and has a remote location in the Pittsburgh, PA area. Was just cold transferred to person who claimed to be manager ( later claimed to be owner), he answered angry and only elevated as I tried to identify to whom I was speaking. When his behavior was more than I could handle, I attempted to yell over the top of him to try to get a word in, his response was to add profanity to his tirade, at this point I had already been waiting more than the quoted 60 minutes and was attempting to simply cancel the service as they were indicatin

I had roadside assistance through USAA. Ian arrived within 20 minutes and replaced my flat tire with his tools. Very professional and quick, highly recommend!

This is the worst company ever! I called at 2:55 pm today through my Allstate roadside assistance, my daughter's car was stranded at her High School tonight till 6:00 pm. Through this whole experience I was the one who had to call for updates, the initial wait time was 50 minutes. Never received our service! I called for assistance at 7:20 am and the estimated time of arrival was 8:20. That was fine totally standard for roadside assistance. Then I get a text saying the new ETA is 8:52. At 9:02 I have to call and ask for an update. I'm told it will be another half hour. I end up calling my roadside hotline again to see if they can help move things along. We end up setting up another service to come which was great because during the time after we set up the other service provider
