Best steak I've had in yearrrrsss. We went back and ordered a 30lb pack asked for a sub on the porkchops (not a huge fan of pork). They happily substituted some ground beef for it! Wonderful people easy to work with. They are worth every penny!”

“We went in to get bacon cure and the beautiful aroma captured us. There was no way we were leaving without getting as much sausage, pepperoni and any other cured meat we could find. Beware it’s worth it. We snacked on jalapeño seasoned pepperoni sticks for our 2 hr road trip home and smiled the whole way!”
