David Ramos was great! Answered all of my questions and was a huge help, the rest of the process however was awful, signed for a loan that didn’t go through then found out the vehicle I bought had a bad transmission and a hole in the rear tank… don’t get my down payment back either.. buyers beware.

Sold truck with issues to us (bad syncros and hole in one of the two gas tanks)and later found out that the secured financing wasn’t actually secured, so we get another going and this time it comes back almost double the apr of the first time and this time we know that the truck has said issues at this point, so we decided to return said vehicle and go our separate ways….. letting them also know about said mechanical issues as well. So instead of giving us our down payment back and just leaving it at that weeks later, excuse after excuse, lie after lie. In this time they had reposted same truck for 2k more than what we had purchased it for and still refused to give the 600 we put down back. Then today after last week being told they where waiting to put it back thru inspection one day , and then that the guy that does the return is out today, or our owner is out of town another day. I find out the vehicle to already been resold after all this and they still refuse to return the down payment. These guys are con artists that force there employees to get a reviews online in order to even be able to get a commission and will tell you anything you want to hear to get you to buy a vehicle if you see a vehicle here i would just assume that it’s in poor condition and go elsewhere unless you enjoy risking your hard earned cash on a gamble.
I don’t do reviews very often but as for a company that is able to practice these low life tactics to make money shame on you, if your that hard out for money you need to steal a measly $600 then maybe get better at selling cars the right way instead of scamming people. If I could put 0 stars I would I just hope someone sees this before they attempt to buy a vehicle, don’t believe all the high ratings these people received they ask you to put one when you buy something and in the moment before you actually know what your getting into it doesn’t seem like a big deal, but trust me when I tell you that you want to run as far away as possible from this place!

Le was AMAZING he was recommended to me by a friend but boy was the best salesman’s I’ve ever had, was my first time buying a car and he made the process easy and simple. The only complaint I have was John was a bit rude but I understand he was doing his job. Thank you for helping me get Betty :)

They charge a mandatory $399.00 on every car for a tracking system and subscription, whether you finance or purchase in one lump sum. They state that they can charge whatever they choose for their cars. An important addition of information: though they will state that buying the tracking unit is mandatory for buying their vehicles, the agreement on the tracker app states that purchase of tracker service is not necessary for vehicle purchase. The subscription also states that it can be canceled, by them, at any time and without reason. Think about that. Anytime, any reason, no explanation. It seems like they built an off switch for any liability making the built in insurance worthless if ever needed. They can just flick that switch.

This company is shady at the least! I bought a car from them. In less than 2 weeks of buying it I couldn't drive it. I bought the GAP insurance and neither Cal Cars nor GAP are willing to pay to have it fixed. This is $3000 worth of parts that need repaired. I would NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM THEM AGAIN. Go somewhere else.

Constantly selling lemons for 20 years. Skip these guys, they sell salvage cars at full price and are shady every step of the way. Got my only lemon years ago from these scum bags and now they tried to let my sister buy a car from them with a literally cracked engine block that their mechanics signed off on. I guess they’re consistently trashy.

don’t trust the cars that come from this place. i was told the car i was buying was in good condition. no issues, nothing broken, just missing a small trim piece. i was only able to drive it for two weeks before the car broke. the people at cals kept saying they get back to me but keep pushing me off. now i have no mode of transportation. i have to either get a new motor and sell my organs for that or somehow figure out a way ti get a different car. this place does NOT do a thorough inspection on their vehicles. do not trust this place

When I'm car shopping, I tend to do my research before even coming to the dealership and that was no different with Cal Cars. I was greeted by David and he immediately showed me the vehicle I was coming to check out. After inspecting the vehicle, we talked numbers and I still disagree with the mandatory $399 GPS charge, especially considering the paperwork says that it's not required to purchase a vehicle. That's the only reason for knocking it from a 5 star to a 4.
Regardless, the rest of the process was smooth and they even allowed me to get the vehicle inspected by a shop of my choice (which I highly recommend anyone purchasing a used vehicle do.) If you're looking for a used car in Spokane, I don't think there's other dealerships around that can compare to them.

Staff was nice and friendly and able to get me the car I wanted even with a very small down-payment. However the paperwork for the car said it was unmodified and I came to learn a little over a month later, that's simply not true. The muffler shop I went to to get a cracked muffler replaced informed me my car had two other mufflers removed. I'm still overall pleased with my car, but the price for the car as it was sold to me I felt was a good deal only under the condition it was unmodified. Had I known I'd be needing to replace missing parts, I would not have purchased it at that price. For this, I will not purchase from them in the future, and I will not recommend to anyone I know.

Update: So the owner actually reached out to me and explained that a lot of vehicles that are at This location are typically vehicles that have higher mileage and are sold as is. Mechanic specials if you will. I realize now I was being to harsh because Kyle the sales rep is an amazing sales rep and the last thing I want to do is ruin his reputation. The only thing that needs to change is the sales Manager's attitude and professionalism. If you guys are looking for a decent vehicle I would check out there airway heights location. That have a lot more vehicles to choose from and you'll get excellent customer service. Thank you for reaching out to me G4 and clarifying a few things.

The store itself was nice and so was the salesman. The cars were way way over priced! They don't work with you on any payments and requires a huge down. Now I was with a close friend who was looking to trade in her car and were told right from the beginning they wanted to help and understand from the get go the situation. And no body sells a 2013 Subaru with 140000 miles on it for 16 thousand dollars! Stay clear of this place I promise you.

Traded in our 2012 duramax for a 2019 duramax , drove it home check engine came on had to go buy Def took it back next day over took two weeks had to pay another 2 k out of pocket got truck back light back on back to dealership . What a joke ended up back in shop two more times only in our possession 6days in first month and a half. Customer service a total joke actually had us tow it to Camp Chevrolet to be diagnosed told by service manager that they didn't have time or right equipment to fix it. Worst experience ever, would never recommend to anyone. Finally got truck back and we Traded it in so that we never had to deal with Cal again. Lack of communication and service is the worst I have ever experienced from the salesman to the service department they will gladly sell you a vehicle that will end up needed repairs to make more money .

If I could give this place zero stars I would. My boyfriend just bought a 2013 Honda civic si a couple weeks ago and since then it has been in the shop multiple times. He already spent way to much money on it and now to pour an extra 5,000-6,000 on top they let him leave the lot knowing the window wiper motor was missing bolts so it was very loud when he first turned them on. But he couldn’t turn it on since it never had a wiper blade while taking it on a test drive. Everyone take your business elsewhere if you want a safe reliable vehicle.
