Very poor initial communication and office vibe was very odd and non customer centric. No expectations on return time of vehicle until after they had the car for 4 days. I definitely won't use them for any future repairs.

Todd, Austin, and Alicia at Calliber Collision on Jefferson are AMAZING!! They were each very kind, and throughout the process communicated often so I always knew what was going on. Poor communication and sloppy work. I chose this shop because it was on Progressive's preferred list and their reviews seems good, but my experience was not great. In total my car was there 4 times and I still have issues. Warning lights, leaks, missing parts, damaged parts not replaced, lumps in the body work... I would never return to this place, or any of their locations after this. Throughout the whole experience, poor communication. The employees are nice, but almost every time they tell you they'll be finished or keep you updated by a certain time, they will drop the ball and make you contact them to figure out what's going on. It seems like they have way more cars in their shop than they can handle, since no one knows what's happening or cares about their work. A lot of my time, fuel and money wasted for a relatively simple repair, and now I'm always wondering what will go wrong next.

Staff is friendly and patient with all my questions. Car was finished earlier than first quoted. They worked well with my insurance company.

My car was ready 4days early due to the expedious manner in which the team performed the repairs needed on my car. They even cleaned the inside of my car and washed it. I will definitely take my car here for any service in the future.
