The repairs that they did to my truck were as good as it could possibly be. But, when I got my truck back, there was a mouse inside the cab. When I asked them if they could check under the dash for a mouse nest, they told me that they do not have mice. That I must have picked up the mouse somewhere else Honestly... my truck is practically new, their building is 80 years old, and they had my vehicle for over 3 weeks parked inside. They referred to a detailer while basically blowing me off I finally was able to trap the mouse after 4 days and found its nest on top of the cabin air filter. Fortunately, there was only one mouse and the mess was confined to the glove box and the filter. Be sure to check your vehicle for mice when you get it back. They don't check inside your car glove box or console for mice. They told me that too. Be sure to check under the seats for mice. You may need to hire a good detailer and pay for that yourself. They won't pay for that either, as I was told.

Phenomenal! I've never experienced such amazing customer service. Not only did they do a wonderful job on my car, they went the extra mile keeping me posted and dealing with the 'extras' that come along with the headache of having your car in the shop! I didn't have to worry about anything and it was repaired in a timely manner, albeit the holiday season. This is the only choice in Spokane for auto care! Thank You!!!

Great auto repair shop. Clean shop. Trustworthy service. Marcy and Austin were responsive and friendly. Turn around time was great. They even washed my dirty car! I would definitely recommend.
