Ron @ Camera Care is fantastic. I've seen him several times now over the years and he does an excellent job cleaning lenses and camera bodies. I know when I go to him - I'm basically getting back a new product and I'm prepared to shoot again. He's also very quick and usually will turn around your job in 24-48 hours. Nothing but good things to say about Ron and his work.

Ron is very kind and has parts, parts and more parts. Don't get rid of your "broken" camera without having Ron check it out. I bet he can repair it.

Such great service! Camera Care was recommended after a mishap when my tripod tipped over with my camera onto asphalt. I made the trip from Tri-cities area to Spokane based on the recommendations I received. Fast turn around and reasonalve fees. Go see Ron, you won't be disappointed

I bought a Nikon 5600 on Amazon a couple of years ago and started having issues with error messages, especially in low light conditions.Ron looked at the camera and determined it was most likely an Aperture sensor issue. Unfortunately he didn't have the parts needed to repair it but did send the camera to a couple of colleagues who were able to get the camera back to new condition.Would definitely recommend, especially if you have a camera like mine purchased on Amazon or from another retailer not eligible for repair by Nikon.

I have to question the authenticity of these reviews as I have called and left multiple messages for this company and never gotten a return call. I left my name and number multiple times in each vm. This was well over 2 weeks ago with no response.

Ron is Amazing! My older Nikon D-90 was in serious need of a couple of repairs that rendered it inoperable. He immediately diagnosed it and repaired it some time later (due to parts availability it took awhile). And the cost to do so?? Let me put it this way. I had checked with a place in Seattle and they started at twice what Ron charged me and it only went up from there. It was so pricey that I was considering buying a new camera. Ron is a super good guy and definitely a Nikon expert. My Go-To from now on. And don't you dare retire!!
