  Easiest way to sell a car without marketplace and the undercutting and headaches of showing your car. Just do the appraisal and be honest and they stick to the value for your appraisal. Easy and best thing you can do selling a car.

  If buying make sure you have the financing done prior to buying and that you dont have to return the car. Do not pay cash as a down payment as the salesman said it was a 2 day refund and instead its 7 to 10 business days to send a check after paying cash. It's not as easy as taking the papers to your bank and switching the financing over like the salesman said. They will try to get to keep the car past the 7 day mark so the salesman can keep the commission. I've bought from them before and didnt have a problem thats why I say a 2. This time around I feel like all the car lots have the shady car salesman.

  I paid to have a car shipped from Boise to Spokane on May 5th, the tracker stated it left Boise on May 7th. On the 20th, it still hadn’t arrived and the tracking status was not updated so I reached out to Carmax Spokane to see what was going on only to find out the car had been “misplaced”. It took another two days for them to locate it, in Oregon. Nobody had any idea how this happened but promised it would be in Spokane and ready for us on Saturday the 24th. Well today is the 26th and it still isn’t here. Not only did the date we wanted to surprise our daughter with her first car pass, but now we can’t even get anybody to give us an update. We were refused a refund for the $425 shipping fee. At this point the situation needs to be escalated because it is not properly being handled and I’m very upset about this entire incident from start to finish. We have purchased 6 vehicles from this lot and will absolutely not be returning after this.

  VERY POOR location to buy a car. Later the same day as we were driving our car home, we had a warning light that the tire gauge on a front tire was not working! THE SAME DAY AS WE DROVE IT OFF THE LOT! No only that, when we tried to get it fixed by driving back to the dealership, we were told we had to come back in a week. Does this mean it is happening to every car that you sell? We live 1.25 hours from the dealership, you would think this would be taken into consideration. You need new service managers!

  No pressure, great staff in Spokane & we were very pleased with the experience. Only one issue that we feel should have been addressed. A back panel on drivers side is lose. When we noticed it we thought it needed a new clip so we took it to a local dealership. They advised the entire panel would need to be replaced & it's not cheap. Feel like this should have been addressed & corrected during one of the inspections. TY

  Great service! It's amazing how you can pick any car to drive by yourself for 30 minutes. We had an amazing representative named Keith. He was extremely patient with us during our search. We ended up getting a 2022 Pallisade thanks to his great service.

  Bought a 15' ford flex one year ago and extended warranty they refuse to work on my vehicle now im left with a vehicle that is falling apart! When you spend 30K on something you expect it to be working right for many years! Not to fall apart after 1 year! Absolutely not happy!

  The contract was a bait and switch. They omitted license and registration and when they put it back in that completely changed the APR and my monthly payment. I was stuck bc I had no way home so I had no choice but to accept that contract. Be careful
