It was my second experience with Carmax, and both experiences have been beyond outstanding. I am convinced that the company places huge emphasis in training their assistants to be as customer service oriented as possible. Always polite, courteous, respectful, and professional. Very efficient with the time spent and never any high pressure hype to buy or sell. I’ll definitely be buying my next vehicle with Carmax.

Smooth from start to finish. I’ve already told my friends that it was the best car experience I ever had. I love that I can shop online, drive the car, and buy. there’s no haggling and no pressure it’s easy.

The Spokane, WA CarMax was an absolutely great experience for seamlessly purchasing a vehicle. All arrangements , price quotes and appointment was made online, everything was ready when we arrived at the lot.The vehicle was exactly as represented online, I couldn't have been happier! We purchased with confidence.The salesperson, Reese, was so helpful and knowledgeable. He was with us through the entire procedure, answered all questions and was very pleasant and easy to work with.I wouldn't hesitate to purchase a vehicle from CarMax again.

We went to trade in my vehicle and at first the process felt weird just because it's nothing like any other car buying experience.We wound up not buying a car simply because of personal reasons and sold our car to carmax. It was the easiest experience. And no pressure from any of the employees. I have removed all other car buying apps from my phone and will only be shopping with carmax. Great selection, very open, and no hassle. Amazing experience. 5 stars, A plus on all the things.

Our salesman was great! He was knowledable, personable and very patient. The paperwork was completed quickly and I didn't feel like we were pushed into anything that we didn't want.

Edited my review. I initially gave them 4 stars; then, after 5 months, things started to go wrong with my car, i informed them of the all the issues and they offered to put me in another vehicle. I have paid approximately 1k to fix problems concerning advanced timing, which could have destroyed my entire engine; battery died out of the blue and had to buy 4 new tires. Currently, the issue with the clicking noise, which has been there since my purchase, turned out to be the front driver side axle. I complained about it within the 90 day warranty. Unfortunately, the service department at the time, didn't put my car up to look. I called to inform the service department that the clicking noise was still there, and that, in fact, i found out it was the front axle. They offered to fix it ( $400 job) and are giving me an oil change as well. I am thankful that they didn't say " too bad" like other car lots. Just FYI, unless you know EVERYTHING about the car you're going to purchase.....don't do express pay. Go look at it 1st and have another mechanic look at it. That goes with ANY used car lot. Overall, because they offered the remedy, I gave back the 4 stars. Thank you CarMax ?

Not pleased with the extremely low-ball offer they provided. 4hr drive there and 4hr drive back, waste of my time. I should have known better due to a previous bad experience where I paid to have a van shipped to the store and was told it was ready to be shown, only to make that same drive to find out it hadn't been inspected and the transmission had a problem. They did credit the fee to have the van shipped and I lucked out because they happened to have another similar van on the lot but it reminded me of a shady car dealer bait and switch. I'll take my business elsewhere from now on and I'm not interested in discussing the offensive offer I was provided.

I just got my dream mom car from CarMax and our whole experience was amazing. We were able to do 99% of it online and speak with associates when help was needed. Picking up the car was really quick and easy and this car is just as amazing as the pictures. Jayda helped us at the end and she was truly amazing!!

I appreciate the no cheesy sales pitch policy, but I definitely did not appreciate being hard-sold the maintenance contract after clearly saying no. This is the second car I've bought there in the last five years, but the disrespect of hard selling will give me pause before going back.

My fiancé and I got our new car at Carmax and the experience was completely different than other car dealerships. They didn’t make us feel uncomfortable like other places and they had so many cars to choose from. We ended up with a car with that is beautiful and with low mileage. They helped us with the purchasing process and made it seamless. We will be looking for a car in a few years for our teenager and will be back!UPDATE: 3 MONTHS AFTER GETTING THE CAR WE FOUND OUT THAT THE SALESMAN WAS ILL INFORMED AND THE CAR WAS NOT AWD LIKE WE WERE TOLD. TO SAY THAT WE WERE UPSET IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT. WHEN WE CALLED CARMAX THEY SAID THEY WOULDNT/COULDNT DO ANYTHING. IM STILL SO UPSET BY THIS.
