Customer service is lacking hard. Two ladies extremely rude.
And when you advertise a certain price on your products you should probably charge that price. And if it “just changed” then do your job and change the sign. Not the customers fault you are incapable.
They would rather loose your business than fixing their mistakes.

I had a very unpleasant experience tonight. The night worker which I believe goes by the name “Scotty” is a late aged women with short grey hair. She is extremely disrespectful. The lobby closes after a certain time at night and unfortunately no customers can see the prices of the items they want to buy. I have asked Scotty on 2 different occasions the price of an item. Both times she told me “it’s around 3 or 4 dollars and some change”. Knowing that convenience stores sometimes have very high prices, I asked her to please go and check for the exact price. She refuses to do so and argues to me that she “doesn’t want to waste her ”. She has a nasty attitude. And she isn’t wasting her time, it’s part of her job to check the price of items for customers who ask. I was upset and told my friend that we’re going somewhere else, and she cussed me out. Managers, please watch the footage of me in a white shirt and black shorts pulling up with my friend in a grey Dodge Durango on July 22nd 2024 around 2 or 3 am. And please take care of this problem because as a customer who frequently comes in for gas and snacks, I am very disappointed with Scotty’s customer service. Everyone else who works here does a great job and I will change my review once this issue is resolved.

Not sure if the owners or the employees don't really care about this location. I have never seen such a dirty disgusting area around the gas pumps before.

Not really sure what the problem is at this location, but my review and many others seem to agree that the clerks share a common theme of being unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. People frequent neighborhood convenience stores to support the community and local businesses. There are many options, most of which DO NOT HAVE A FRATERNITY OF EMPLOYEES WHO GO OUT OF THEIR WAY to express negativity! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND patronizing somewhere else and DO NOT SUPPORT BUSINESSES LIKE THESE!! THEY ARE TOXIC FOR OUR COMMUNITY!!

Pump number three is malfunctioning. Mentioned it to the manager and he gave me this list of ways to avoid it. If you are trying to keep track of your mileage, like I am, it can really mess you up because you are not really sure if the gas tank is full or not. The pump keeps going off and you have to reengage it again and again.
