Tried using a coupon from the Spokane Indians game. The cashier did not know how to activate the coupon. And when I was persistent about the awful customer he did not care. This is so rude to treat a customer. I work fast food so I know what great customer service is. Avoid this location and go to a different one. Do better NomNom.

My review is for all Nom Noms. As someone who works in public service, sometimes I stop at gas stations to fill up my water bottle because I’ve run out and I can count on gas stations to have available water for those who work outside. Nom Nom does NOT offer any free water to the public because they don’t make money. STINGY. No one should go here. No water for the people who are tired and hot and exhausted? The people who keep this community functional? What a slap in the face. This is why Maverick will always be my first choice.

Went in and got a can of rouge nicotine pouches. Opened them on my way out the door and stepped into the parking lot. Noticed the pouches in the can were all falling apart and the powder everywhere. Went inside to show them and exchange for a can that wasn’t like that and got told since I walked out the door and into the parking lot that they wouldn’t exchange just because of that. Not good customer service at all.

I have one very huge complaint and it’s the cheap slushy lids! I just spilt slushy all over my cars center console which really upset me! The lids just slip right off the cups!!!! Please please get better slushy cups!

Showed up. Sign on the door. "Be back in 15 minutes". This is B.S! no one can go inside and buy something because someone doesnt want to work? Nom nom isnt living up to their name they're really a self serve gas pump i guess? Never coming back their the costumer service sucks!

Gas price reports to Google are not trustworthy. The brand also now has the most expensive prices in the area to cover the discount for their reward program.Shop around if you're looking for gas.

This store is very small. Not much variety but gas rewards kick butt compared to any other gas station. 15 cents off if your a member.
