I just saw a review about a certain individual that matched the description of an experience I had also about a week ago. I stopped to use the services of the gas station, but had to use the bathroom.
I have lived and worked in and around the Spokane area for over 3 years now. What I do for a living I often have to use public bathrooms and have done so countless times. About a week or two ago I believe it was the same individual that refused to let me use the bathroom unless I purchased something first.
Granted, I understand when someone needs to enforce a rule. However, for all he knew, I had already purchased gas or something that he did not see. He refused to let me use the bathroom unless I purchased something first. Luckily, I did not have to go that badly and so I had no problem walking out. However, if he is still there, and doing this to other people, I wouldn't blame them at all for just going to the bathroom on the floor if they had to go and couldn't hold it or something. Moral of the story? Pick your battles. I dare you to refuse a pregnant woman 😆

Almost Every time i come in here theres a taller gentleman with salt and pepper hair that is rude and wont even say a simple hello when hes helping me with anything. I get people can have bad days but it is every time he helps me and its beyond me how he still has a job working with customers face to face. if you hate your job, get a new one dude.

Kid working in there with the glasses thats seems a little slow sat september 27th 2025 a out 3:00 p.m.
Was rude was arguing with my lady telling her her id was expired when it was just him being short and rude and not even really looking at her id when it could have been solved by scanning it then proceeds to flick her id on to the floor and just be unreaponsive disnt hear or pay attention enough to know she asked for gas going to the local nom nom shouldnt be stress full and you employees should be able to see and read and if not that solve a problem in a better manner im not happy

Horrible hot food, chicken sandwich was a literal brick of rubber on one entire half of it. I don't even know HOW you mess up chicken that bad.

Well I don't think that this manager needs to be in customer service so they or do they not still except American money just wonder cause I am sitting here with no gas and money in hand and this gentleman will not except my money it's not counterfeit it's real so do you guys except American money or not.

Come here all time, but not cool when a store says that its open tell 11 pm and 10:45 doors are locked and long hair kid inside has place shut down and 6 customers turned away upset…. Frustration don’t say ur open tell 11 if ur not.

Brandon was super rude, short & inconsiderate when I came in there to pay for gas with a 100.00 bill. He was annoyed because I was paying with it. Get some employees with customer service skills & kindness, my gosh. ?
