I had an appointment for 2 fillings last week, and the office was very busy. During the appointment I mentioned I had a bone spur sticking out on the top opposite of the fillings(I'm in the process of getting dentures). The fillings were done quick, they look great, and the lady who did them was kind, has great taste in music, and is a connoisseur of SpongeBob. After the fillings Ms. Haley and Dr. Carr found the time to come back and take care of my bone spur, despite it being a whole other procedure I didn't have an appointment for and they were super busy. 10/10 thank you!

I was seen last Friday for pain I had been dealing with for a few days. My appointment was with Dr Myers with Madison assisting and Dr Sagayer joined to give his opinion as well. All three were incredibly kind, helpful and provided the information I needed. After the exam Dr Sagayer offered to numb the area so I would comfortable while the inflammation went down. Thank you Dr Sagayer, Dr Myers and Madison!!

I saw Dr. Sagayer for two extractions and I was a nervous reck. However, Dr. Sagayer and his assistant Jessica did an amazing job. Dr. Sagayer was very gentle and soft handed while removing my teeth and his assistant walked me through the whole process. They made a great team and made me feel comfortable. The process was quick and pretty painless. Would definitely recommend Dr. Sagayer for any dental needs.

Had a tooth pulled here last week and it was a massacre. I gave them 2-stars because the guy at least did it on short notice but I've had teeth pulled before and it was unpleasant but this felt like I was a Spy in a movie getting tortured for information. I told him that my Dentist in California had figured out that due to my jaw shape it's challenging to numb me fully yet he still shortcut me on that aspect quickly numbing me once and beginning the extraction 5-mins later, I'm aware of the time constraints he faced by squeezing me in to remove my bad tooth w/no notice (hence the 2 stars) but halfway in I'd informed him of my pain so he took 30-seconds to briefly numb me again and immediately continue so it was basically a hollow method. Look, having a bad tooth is my own fault but if you have any anxiety about seeing the dentist I'm telling you this is not the guy to see. He told me it'd be a quick couple minutes but instead he couldn't get the tooth out and had to re-break it several times and it ultimately took around 15 minutes to pull a single tooth. During this I told him I wasn't numbed up enough and I was in so much pain that I was literally sweating and shaking feeling like I was gonna pass out, I've had several teeth pulled before but this was exponentially worse than anything I've experienced. One week later and my mouth looks like a trauma scene and I've got scabs on the edge of my lips where his tools rubbed it raw. I debated myself on leaving this review but if anyone has anxiety about the dentist I felt it necessary to warn you, during the extraction I could sense the frustration of the dentist as if my tooth was his enemy and he grew angry the longer it took to remove it at one point barking orders at me to open my mouth more because he couldn't see as he paid disregard to my pain and continued to rush through his hack job. They didn't prescribe me any ibuprofen as they said they would, I asked them to send it to the pharmacy I use at Safeway and they never did so I bought ibuprofen and Tylenol out of pocket, this helped but now a week later my mouth still hasn't healed and they didn't prescribe any antibiotics either which I'm told should've been standard practice. I'm not looking to get anything out of this and I never leave bad reviews but I feel obligated to warn anyone who's ever had anxiety about having a tooth pulled about what they're getting into if they choose to go to this dentist. The dental assistant was at least nice, but the actual dentist was an absolute joke, proceed with caution.I'm sorry but it was necessary.

I had a tooth extracted by Dr. Svihl and it went smoother than I could imagine. It took probably a minute with very little pain. Would recommend her to anyone needing dental work done.

Allie who is Brian LaSalle’s assistant is THE BEST assistant I have ever had at a doctors office. She has such a friendly personality and really listens to our needs. I’m thoroughly impressed by her and hope someone at Chas will recognize her for all she does! Couldn’t keep everything organized without her!! Thank you Allie!!!

Went in for a broken tooth removal. The dentist through chas significantly injured me during that procedure...9 days later, I've had to be seen in the ER twice in 5 days! Er Drs are appalled at the condition I was sent home from the dentist in! Thankfully Holy Family Hospital ER has some real professionals and they were seriously concerned at the substandard care and follow up of Denny Murphy Dentistry. Both visits I was given IV antibiotics and pain meds.I'm currently waiting a callback from administration that is NOT Jennifer H. If they don't contact me prior to close of business today, 01/19/24, I'll be forced to escalate this to outside sources, including The State of Washington. They think I'm just going to roll over and take it like so many others that have . Not so. I will actually be treated like a dental patient as defined by the Washington RCW's.Addition: CHAS Admin contacted me moments ago. I temporarily feel appeased....
