The number of times this pharmacy has screwed up my scripts is crazy!!! Oh and lab work is on the same level of incompetent. This location is in serious need of new mgmt as far as I am concerned. Valley is running circles around this location.

If they are wondering why they are not their patients first choice in a pharmacy it is because they are not friendly and they are not quick. Do better, then maybe your patients will choose you.

Could there be any more lackluster and incompetent group of individuals as the maple center pharmacy? I mean, why don’t you just say I would rather be stung by a bee then try to get these prescriptions filled in a timely manner you know why because that would be honest and that’s another thing they aren’t at the Maple Center pharmacy is honest and boy if you hand them something that’s out of their norm. It’s like nope that can’t be done. I’m not asking you to make fire with your bare hands, I’m asking you to go or call my doctor that is 100 yards away in the same building and verify what I’ve told you so that I can get my damn prescription in a timely manner, but three people that I’ve asked to do it today cannot do it because it is the equivalent of putting a man on the moon not to mention that the first two times as I ended the conversation, I was given the indication that they were going to handle it Jokes on me and I don’t care if some supervisor says well you know they’re right that’s not what we usually do. Yeah, I know it’s not what you usually do because it’s thinking out of the box. It’s humbling yourself and going the extra mile for somebody that you will probably never see again for whatever you’re making minimum wage or 20 bucks an hour or whatever.

The people I interact with in-person are usually very polite. But it’s probably because they aren’t doing their jobs until it’s a PROBLEM and being nice makes it easier to get away with.
This place is a mess. We used to go to the one in the valley and it was pretty consistently great. Hiccups happened but that’s just life. We moved to out here and changed pharmacies due to proximity. They have not gotten a prescription right in the 7 months we have been using them.
They say they are requesting things but they don’t, and you don’t find out until you’re panicked. They never do what they say they’re doing and even when you call them out in person they just ignore you and ask if you want your meds or not.
You cannot rely on them to fill your prescriptions in a timely manner at all. Sometimes they will let you know when they are ready, sometimes they won’t. They tell you that you have 10 days to pick up your scripts but they put them away after 7 anyways.
Out of the 7 months we have been using them, we have had severely late or completely missed meds every month. I thought it was just a couple flukes, but it’s not. Unreliable and they do not care about the people they serve or how those missed or late meds will affect them. We will be moving our scripts IMMEDIATELY.

Clean place. Extremely helpful individuals that love their job and if u have to wait for prescriptions or apts you won't wait long.

Decent pricing, has sliding scale if needed, and they have a drive-thru but Ive have had problems of phoned in refills not getting saved into their system. Ill call two days later to find out my refill request didnt get into their system even though the system said it was successful. Since one of my meds may have to get ordered from the distributor, this can delay getting my medication past the next dose date. So Ive had to transfer that medication to a different pharmacy.

Kind, considerate, helpful and knowledgeable. They don't make anyone really ever wait in line. It's a great place to get prescriptions and care.

Husband called to make sure the prescription were ready, get there and they are not ready....again, even though he confirmed ready to pick up the night prior. Been waiting in parking lot 35 min. We will just transfer it to a pharmacy

I love how they have a buzzer so I Can go out side or leave the area and they can page the buzzer when it’s ready and everyone that works there is very nice

All Right, All Right! I just got off the phone, after 20 minutes, with Jimena Chas Clinic PHONE CARE. I had some issues. Jimena heard me out... Jimena did the research, found the answers I needed, by talking to my providers. Sure, it took 20 minutes, but that 20 minutes saved me hours of running around. When Jimena needed to put me on hold, she told me why I was being put on hold. Jimena was never short or curt, never expressing any frustration over the next knot that I needed untangled. Jimena made me feel like my issues mattered to her and that I was not the problem. Jimena's patience is HIGHLY COMMENDABLE. Chas Clinic should be pleased to know that Jimena Represents the Best Frontline of the CARE Chas Clinic Strives to offer ALL of their patients. Such Care is too Wonderful for me : ) Thank you!!!!

I have been a CHAS patient about 18 years. Absolutely terrible provider. RUN, don't walk to another provider. I have been sick over two weeks and have not been able to be seen. Pretty sure I have pneumonia or bronchitis. They tell me to go to an urgent care center and have spent hours at these clinics and not been seen. In the midst of this I get a text telling me to make an appointment. This is about medication management, not real care. I have not seen an actual doctor or provider since before the pandemic. Absolutely the worst care, EVER! I have never been so angry at a provider in my life. Spare yourself the aggravation and go anywhere else. Good luck. I am pretty sure I am walking around with pneumonia. I hope it doesn't happen to you or a loved one. Don't get sick! They won't help!
