I love how they have a buzzer so I Can go out side or leave the area and they can page the buzzer when it’s ready and everyone that works there is very nice

All Right, All Right! I just got off the phone, after 20 minutes, with Jimena Chas Clinic PHONE CARE. I had some issues. Jimena heard me out... Jimena did the research, found the answers I needed, by talking to my providers. Sure, it took 20 minutes, but that 20 minutes saved me hours of running around. When Jimena needed to put me on hold, she told me why I was being put on hold. Jimena was never short or curt, never expressing any frustration over the next knot that I needed untangled. Jimena made me feel like my issues mattered to her and that I was not the problem. Jimena's patience is HIGHLY COMMENDABLE. Chas Clinic should be pleased to know that Jimena Represents the Best Frontline of the CARE Chas Clinic Strives to offer ALL of their patients. Such Care is too Wonderful for me : ) Thank you!!!!

I have been a CHAS patient about 18 years. Absolutely terrible provider. RUN, don't walk to another provider. I have been sick over two weeks and have not been able to be seen. Pretty sure I have pneumonia or bronchitis. They tell me to go to an urgent care center and have spent hours at these clinics and not been seen. In the midst of this I get a text telling me to make an appointment. This is about medication management, not real care. I have not seen an actual doctor or provider since before the pandemic. Absolutely the worst care, EVER! I have never been so angry at a provider in my life. Spare yourself the aggravation and go anywhere else. Good luck. I am pretty sure I am walking around with pneumonia. I hope it doesn't happen to you or a loved one. Don't get sick! They won't help!

First appointment I made here, they told me to reschedule the DAY OF the appt. an hour before it was supposed to happen. I had to jump through hoops and wait on the phone to get that taken care of. Then they had the nerve, when I told them it couldn't wait because I only had 7 pills left, to tell me maybe I shouldn't have waited so long when I had waited 2 months for that appointment. THEN they didn't call in my prescription to the Chas Urgent Care, so I had to go back home and call them to get it straightened out. Then they call me about some blood work, and say they're going to call in a prescription for cholesterol lowering meds. Guess what they didn't do AGAIN? I think I'm going to switch providers today. They also said they were going to call me with a recommendation for a physical therapist for my hips. Guess what? They didn't do it. Not going back, going to find another doctor.

Yes 1.5 stars pretty much sums this establishment up , not this particular location , but just the hoops you have to jump through to see a provider , months wait , trying together a prescription refilled , the price of prescription usually higher price by 3 times on certain drugs , compared to other pharmacies , they have a urgent care which I had to go to last week , still waiting on the bill for that , usually a 75$ copay instead of a 25 cp because you can't see your provider for 2/3 months , tried to get a referral for massage because of a bad back never happened , they all say the same thing ... I'll refer this to our referral department...... no follow thru ...... finally when I went to urgent care I made the person do it while I was there , took her 1 minute ...... looking for new provider ....

I had an appt today. They were told I cannot wear a mask and they said was OK, they'd give me a shield, which they did. Then just before my appt, 3 men came over and informed me the shield was not acceptable and I needed to change it a face mask. I told them the reasons for me not wearing one and they said it didn't matter. I cannot see the Dr without one. They were the ones who gave me the face mask in the first place. They knew I cannot wear a mask! They gave me an appt knowing I can't wear one. The men stood around me as I went up the stairs and was escorted out the door. I was not allowed to have the appt I was there for! I am a senior citizen and have progressive chronic illnesses, which are going untreated.

Mike Colver told me he was a short term provider (6 months) which I've never heard of? At this time he's neglected to help me find the provider needed and left me hanging for medications needed and it's time sensitive for me. I wrote to my PCM Dr. Gill and explained so I can get a specific referral and she wanted me to schedule an appointment to explain about Dr. Colver? They scheduled the wrong type of appointment with her after I specifically asked for a phone appointment in which the female on the phone had specific dates for clinic or phone appointments knowing it's time sensitive! They have continued to do this to me since I started with them, on virtual calls versus phone calls. It's the worst customer service ever and alarming to me considering the type of service I require. They don't care about you as a person or your issues. When I've had to go in and pick up hand written prescriptions from Dr. Colver they won't be there when he's told me they would be? Then there is always confusion and a long wait time! I'm fed up, I'm pro active trying to find my new providers to no avail!!!! Chas is a travesty and I wrote to the CEO Aaron Wilson and was ignored? I also FINALLY spoke to a Brittany in the grievance department and she only made excuses and wasn't concerned with me as a patient and resolving my issues? How do you treat patients this way????

If you're going to shut down the entire pharmacy for lunch break, you need to post that information and the when somewhere where people can find it. I have a kid on crutches that I can't just sit around for a half an hour waiting because I didn't know to come later. Gas prices are way too high to be screwing around making people drive or even worse those who take the bus or walk. Post your proper hours.

Called my script in on Friday and nobody called me back to tell me they would need to order them. So Saturday I go to pick them up and they don't have them. O u can just wait till Monday. Thats what they told me. Meds that u can't miss a day or switch over to generic on without severe side effects. The clinic is about the same. U wait a month to see anyone and its for a 5 min appointment and u never get anywhere with these guys. Its sad this is how r medical is in this country ?
